SO how does one join?

So is this a mountain with a lot of hacks or glitched Zeds? From what im gathering its one of those two, or a kill fest.

I see nothing wrong with it, granted im not a bandit so I dont actually do this but you make it sound worse than it is by saying 'So that they cant come back and retrieve any of their hard earned items".

I got a ge force gtx 260 which is a couple years old, but I can run this on max smooth as butter, But the problem is that this game is very CPU heavy and not so much GPU heavy, I would reccommend getting a better card but I would also suggest looking around youtube for ways to increase your framerate.

I looted a firestation and found a silenced M9, its out there just keep lookin, although I do understand what you mean, I went to the airfields on a server that had no one on it except for me and the only thing I found was some tin cans, while you may get lucky sometimes with loot its ridiculous how little there is.

Ok problem fixed, and Im so glad I read this it works great! I went from roughly 10-20 fps in Cherno to an average of 40-50 and 60 in the Wilderness! Im so happy this works.

I keep getting this error: File C:/Users/Brad/Documents/ArmA 2/ ArmaA2OA.cfg, line 17: '.': '(' encountered instead of'=' I have no idea what this means and if someone does that would be very helpful because if I try to launch DayZ through Six I always get that error. Edit: Ok now my problem is that no matter what way I launch arma I always get the same Sh**ty error so I just fu**ed up my game for good and have no way of fixing it.

Well I wanted to be friendly, I am waiting on some friends to purchase the game and I needed someone to give me a blood transfusion but out of sheer curiosity I shot him, which is why I felt bad.

^^Appreciate that, and while it may not have been the most trustworthy thing to shoot that guy, I can understand why people would be mad even if they cover it up by saying it was playful, by shooting him I did create in a sense a bandit, because he will probably never trust anyone in this game again because I shot him after I said I was a friendly and betrayed him. Like I said, I respawned a couple minutes later after feeling bad and hoping that someone who needed that stuff got it over me because well, it was a dick move.

I know, I hate being a bad guy in games where when you do things your actions actually make you think, about what you just did. Edit: oh and no caviano, Im not 18.

Oh for fucks sake I felt bad about it almost as soon as I shot him, I actually respawned afterwards because I didnt deserve any of the shit I found, I didnt realize people thought it was such a big deal.

Create a new player profile, you get to keep your gear you just have a different name.

Try closing steam and when you go to re-open it right-click and run it as an administrator, that should fix the problem.
