server just up today and alreadly have hackers how do I ban? I am not an abusive admin where I will ban/kick anyone who kills me

In searching on the forums and six launcher it seemed the dayzhosting.com/Host altitude servers are the most popular. I emailed them prior to make sure they had new york locations, which they assured me I did. I then purchased a server on friday 7/27. I recieved notification on sunday that my server would be up within 24 hours. It is now friday and no server, sent several emails over a course of a week and have not recieved notification. I entered a ticket in the resolution center in hopes of not putting in a dispute and negatively affecting the business, but they are giving me no choice by holding on to my money for a week with little to no communication.

I have also ordered a server on friday morning and it is not up yet. They did answer my tickets in fair short amount of time but to recieve some sort of notification would be nice as far as when the server will be live.
