This happened to me the other day, exactly the same (no backpack + weapons). I was also teleported to a completely random location (not debug, though).

Hi, I can't seem to find it on the map. Could somone point it out to me? Thanks. Game teleported me to it and I have no map plus it decided to drop my primary+backpack. :(

Everyone sees the red messages, so don't worry. In your case, it seems that a player named Nicole tried to join your server but failed. Everyone else in the server got the same message. Regarding the guns: Your best bet is to try some dear stands. You have a chance to get some good guns from those that you otherwise couldn't get from the towns. The best thing you could find in the towns would be like, a Lee Enfield or something, which isn't that super. Deer stands are also very safe, much safer than any other military spawns in the game.

I agree with the OP, but I think the problem here isn't that it isn't realistic, it's that most people don't imagine surviving a zombie apocalypse anywhere remotely near a military base. With that being said, there is always a possibility that a military base has a .50 cal sniper in it, even at or after the time of apocalypse (it was under a dead body, etc.) Honestly, if I were making DayZ, I would use a map that was almost all rural with a little bit of city with no military spawns. 4x the number of zombies, make zombies come after you if you stay in one place too long, and the best weapon in the game is a semi-auto battle rifle / scoped remington (of hunting caliber). Thus, although I agree with the removal of the 50. cal for asthetic reasons (a zombie survival game shouldn't have it), it should technically be a findable weapon (due to military spawns). And there is where the problem lies.

Yeah, so like you could also have 30 engines (although to you, a engine takes up 6 slots). Tents also work in the same matter.

Can someone tell me why it's always the G36C suppressed? I've never seen someone say the SCAR or the P90, it's always the G36C. Just curious.

Be really careful about this though. I've destroyed an ATV by ramming it with another. Make sure your connection to the server is good before you start ramming it, or just wait for the restart.

I suggest sticking with the DMR. The AK series of guns all commonly spawn and the DMR has the advantage of working with NVG's when you eventually find them. Use the DMR to snipe someone with a bigger backpack then you, and then take the backpack and eventually you will find your AK again with enough deerstand raids. Good luck

Uhh I don't think it would even let you play DayZ. Are you worried about random pop-up errors that you are getting? Such as the "no entry bin" errors? Don't worry everyone gets them just click ok when they pop-up. As for trees and rocks, it sounds like said player failed to either download DayZ correctly or did not put his/her files in the correct location i.e. @dayz -> addons.

That's becuase a lot of the sources are out of date sadly. This game is updating/changing very frequently so use the forums to stay as updated as possible. Good luck out there.

US34 has global chat enabled. You have to be careful though becuase global chat servers are common targets for hackers.

Worked for me. There is a good chance that the server you want will not show up though. Of the two I main on, I could only get 1 to show. Thanks for the post!
