That's odd, I have only played on American servers for the past 2 weeks and haven't seen a single hack/hacker. I did go on a Canadian server once and everyone was talking about how an A-10 just bombed the server. (The following sentence is sarcasm, kids with Autism won't get this) It's like European kids have a sense of entitlement that enables them to hack.

Admins don't have the power to do this, unless they are hacking. So basically, it was a hacker.

Same thing happened here haha was hiding in aiport tower when I see 2 guys with guns aimed walk and I nail both of em, go to loot there bodies and start seeing great stuff I've never seen before when all of the sudden a dude walks up shoots me right in the head.. Hey I like the idea and all but an hour long video is just intimidating and I don't think many people want to spend that much time watching a tutorial. So if u want to start a tutorial series and informational vids then make them short and interesting so they keep peoples attention. Just my thoughts

There's a big chance that it's your video card overheating. I use to have this problem, play a game for 10 minutes then lag for 5 minutes. And it just keeps repeating over and over again. I would recommend you take off the side of your case so you can see in, start the game and frequently feel the card for heat. When the lag starts, it should be very hot and dangerous to touch. To fix this, either get another fan in your PC to improve circulation, get a new graphics card with better heat ventilation, or how I fixed it: take any kind of floor fan or standing fan and put it up against your PC with sides off. This should fix the problem.

Yeah, I'm not sure what the different names are but the 891 mb of video ram you see isn't the number that matters. The other number is only in intervals of 256 also.

I think you mean 256 video memory. The card is very old and outdated, around 20 dollars online. I would highly doubt you would be able to play, and if you did manage to it would be laggy and no fun.

I read about admins doing this shit everyday and it pisses me off. Even if they have proof I always see threads just get shut down cause the admin sends in all his bitches to deny the facts and insist that the admin is innocent. How long are you waiting for the loading? It usually takes around 3-4 minutes for me. And if you don't have sixlauncher, I would get that as it fixed a lot of problems right away for me.
