Don't forget that 9/10 other players are out to get you and will kill you on sight. And there are no vehicles because all the clans hoard them and make sure no one else gets a vehicles. And that tents don't work so you can't store stuff. And that zombies can appear through walls behind and knock you out without you even knowing what hit you. And it now takes a full clip from any pistol just to kill a single zombie now, if you manage to find a pistol. And the assault rifles are pointless when it comes to zombies also.

I posted about this yesterday as I had the same problem. I was told that vehicles are usually all hoarded right away and stored in campsites. So looking at spawnpoints is useless, you're better off searching the woods

Agreed, yesterday I got my legs broken on the northwest part of the map. I was at 12000 blood and 1 single hit by a zombie knocked me down with broken legs. It would of taken a full day of rolling just to get to a hospital, but I got extremely lucky and found a morphine injector in a low value industrial shack. I almost cried when I saw it.

So I'm around 100 miles from any hospital or medical tent, and one fucking zombie managed to break my legs by hitting me in the face. Do I seriously have to crawl for 10 years just to fix this? There is no other way to fix this?

Around 2 days ago I found a few tents and placed them in a nice spot, then loaded them up with weapons and gear. I spawned in the next day to find they were gone, and I read online that they were broken because they reached 1,000,000+ saved tents. Now I just found another tent, and want to place it. Does anyone know if they are still broken or should I be able to place it down with gear and not worry?

Yeah, I got extremely lucky. Right after I made this post I just happened to find a morphine injector in a low value industrial building exactly next to where I got hurt. Chances according to dayzdb is 4% just for military loot and then >1% of military loot is morphine.. I got realllllly lucky

I have been trying to find a vehicle for a while now and the only I did find disappeared from a server restart. I have checked like 8 different spots on the dayzdb map and some of the spots I checked on a couple different servers. None of the servers had vehicles in any spawns and even one of the servers was a brand new server and all 6 spots I checked had nothing. How do vehicles work in this game? Do they just spawn at their spots on the dayzdb map and stay there till a player takes them? Do they respawn? Finally, If I really want to get a vehicle and have all the parts needed where is a definite spot I could go to in order to find one?

I was just playing on a supposed new server and was in Cherno. I found a bus in the industry part and was actively repairing it. The server restarted and I lost some of my vehicle stuff but found enough to repair it. So I make my way to the bus and as I open the action menu to apply the new shit I just found the server restarts, and when I join back the bus is just gone. Biggest waste of time and of course the bus doesn't disappear till I am just about to repair it. Is the bus permanently gone or will it come back?

This happened to me a few times, if you rejoin or just join another server you should respawn on the coast with all your gear and kills saved. If not, you have to start over.

Yeah I just joined it because I thought it would be cool to see an A-10 flying around but right when I joined I died and instantly respawned in the plains out of map with no gear at all

Yeah I wouldn't even take that chance with 5 people. That is pretty coincidental though that one of the 5 guys on was there at the time.

Yeah I did this just recently and the game is so much more fun up north you get a lot better stuff and there isn't some dude in the woods trying to kill you every 5 minutes

How do you "save" your tent?

Yesterday I found my first tent in the supermarket. I eventually found 2 more and wanted to set them up. So I found a relatively secret spot and placed all three tents down. I spent a while scavenging nearby areas and filling up the tents yesterday. At around 11:00 P.M. I finally stopped and logged off next to the tents. I logged back on today, only around 12 hours since I had last been on and put shit in all three tents, and the tents are all just gone. Same server, US 364 and same spot. They are just gone. I lost a lot of good weapons and gear. Is this a temporary glitch where the tents will re-appear after a restart or is this kind of bug permanent? Or is it possible someone just found them and cleared the tents and picked up the tents? I don't know much about these bugs and would be happy if anyone could clarify what happened.
