Being a sarcastic bitch doesnt help your argument. By your argument/logic, hacked in vehicles should be fine too? Because theyre available in ArmA? The game is set in generic eastern bloc country 101 in (from what I can tell) late 90s-mid 00's, youre not going to be finding MURRICA FUCK YEAH military grade hardware lying around all over the place. If anything, what this game needs is the number of military spec weapons reduced and more civillian weapons like hunting rifles and perhaps shotguns that dont suck. -
I see your point, but the ArmA engine doesnt allow for stuff like that. Youd have to rewrite the entire engine or something to make cupboards etc work.

Small boat Range & Refuel at sea?

No you cant refuel at sea annoyingly. Really the small boat is useless, its slow as all hell and just a giant bullet magnet. The PBX is the only boat worth using. -

Yeah the sights on the AK series are pretty shit anyway, Id be impressed if you could hit someone at even 200 meters with it accurately, let alone 800. -

Sounds interesting, Id certainly give it a go. Though Id like to see more weapons with flashlights, or the ability to duct tape your flashlight to guns/ pistol in one hand flashlight in the other etc.. -

I kinda agree, and kinda dont. You do make soe very good points, but there needs to be SOME level of forgiveness in the game, theres enough spawn campers and griefers as it is, can you imagine how shit it would be if it became MORE difficult to heal yourself, new players on the coast wouldnt stand a chance. Though I agree sniper rifles do need to be toned down or removed altogether, there is NO reason whatsoever to have a map full of AS50's.

I think the longest Ive had to wait is about 4-5 minutes... it always seems to connect and load up perfeclty juuuuuuust as Im reaching for the ctrl-alt-del keys, its like the computer KNOWS its wore my patience out. -
Do you have a PCI-e 3.0 motherboard though? Maybe Im a bit behind with the times, but I thought PCI-e 2.0 was the current and 3.0 isnt out/widely available yet? O.o

Fair point I suppose... but if youre gonna "bandit" do it properly... sniping people from 700+ meters away when they havent got a hope in hell is just a wanker thing to do, theyre the type of people who never got over being bullied at school so in turn they have to do the bullying now, except they can only bully unarmed noobs on the coast. -
Have a look at this site: http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/high_end_gpus.html Take your pick from that list, the skys the limit really, just depends how much you wanna spend. $2-300 will get you a very nice high end GPU. The Radeon HD 7870 is supposed to be a superbly good value for money card and within your budget (approx $280)

I cant see how it would work on console... how would you have permanent hive servers on a console?

The crossbow is totally useless without crosshairs, if theyd stick even some basic iron sights... or perhaps an aimpoint scope like the M14 or M4 CCO it would be a LOT more useful. Also recovering bolts/arrows is nigh on impossible at the moment, I dont think Ive ever managed it.
