Happening several times a day still. -
While the Server is running with all of the new content (1.7.2.4, BEye, and latest Beta patch) I keep seeing this on my server and when it happens i lose RCon. Now the server will be running for a while and I'll see this 10-15 times. 8:33:55 BattlEye Server: Update successfully completed. Battleye on Server problem

I found the culprit dll ands replaced them. Same thing for me, NW airfield is particularly bad for me.

Where are you located? knowing this we could help you find a reliable server.

Yeah, I'm assuming he was working outside the confines of battleye since he kept getting kicked after a little bit for losing client connectivity to battleye. Hence I dont see the scripts he was running.
