Make it so a Character is locked to server Then you dont have to give a shit about ghosting , combat loggers Server hoppers.

The majority of the clan is 20 or over and we have squads that like to do different stuff Such as charlie that searchs for cars and heli crashes.

No stop adding stuff that does not work and add a 1 minute disconnect timer so peoples bodies stay on the server so people stop logging off during fights.

maybe enploy someone with a high play time to monitor servers and if needed ban the server and the admins.

Yes it should Since we all want a open world zombie mmo where what you do matters but instead we will probably just get a mod for a game none of us want to play full of hackers and admins spawning guns and cars for members. Maybe someone else will take the initative and start a kickstarter and design the game we want to play rather then selling out.

Nearly all servers are 50% russian at the moment ruins imersion most cant understand what your saying. Are there any Non russian speaking servers ?.
