Are rifles with thermal vision still supposed to spawn?

Don't think this was me and my friend do you have a server name? I had a g17 with a flashlight. If it was he was in Norway and logged for the night as I looted to the last hanger and then logged myself. So wouldn't be an alt + f4 if it was us, doubt it was us though.

This has been a known issue. Look for proof in the other how many posts? jskibo has proven his case and he does in fact have the GUID. BE needs to get off its ass and global ban.

Negative the new battle eye hack makes your ping around 500.

Not the first complaint I have heard about an admin shutting down a server after being killed.

I was on there last night and saw someone with a 500ms ping. It was kinda obvious to me so I left. If you join a server and someone has that high of a ping, leave. This is also why I watch server complaints so I know what server NOT to play on. I also do not and never will play on clan servers. Me and my buddies tried last night because they begged and I warned them. Logged in, hunted and killed a sniper. He teleported right behind us and killed us. Clans abuse most of all.

This guide isnt for 95099 it was for 95054. Also I believe that is a known issue at the moment. If I update to that version I will tell you how I fixed it. I am scared to though as someone said they spawned without any of their gear. When I die I might try it out.

I think the community as a whole should come together to create a blacklist.

I got the wrong CD key error which led me here. I then followed the guide. I then got the waiting for host error. So I then deleted the @DayZ folder outright, launched sixupdater and reinstalled DayZ. It may be that people are missing steps in the guide. Make sure you didnt miss these two steps: Go to C:\Users\Your Username\AppData\Local\ArmA 2 OA > BattlEye and delete the .dll Then download the BEClient.dll and BEServer.dll for v1.61.94945+ from http://www.battleye.com/download.html and copy or cut it to your ARMA 2 OA main folder > Expansion > BattlEye and replace the 2 .dll files with the ones you just downloaded. BE has been changed a bit as to when it initializes from what I gather.

It amazes me that people defend hackers. I always assume they are running a hacking program themselves.

Ctrl+alt+del = win. I care about that. When a character d/c's his player should stand there atleast 30 seconds and take damage. This is extremely easy to put in the game, it should have already been there. Every single person gets a bad taste in their mouth for this game when they run into it. I am sick and tired of people ctrl+alt+del'ing their game when someone shoots at them. So far 9 out of 10 times it has been done to me in every fight. This is the number one problem with this game that needs to be fixed. Packet injection I dont even care about, admins can easily ban for it.

I know the game just looking for a good server with active admins that keep the cheaters off. I now run Fraps because of the exploiting I have run into. I live in CST. Any good servers out there?

Dunno seemed to be a permissions issue on my side. When I deleted @DayZ folder manually and relaunched sixupdater then reinstalled DayZ it worked fine. Windows 7 64 here.

If you are getting wait for host you might try deleteing the @DayZ folder then running sixupdater again and installing it. It fixed that issue for me.
