How is it possible it spawn here ? DayZ have not anti-cheat measure ?

Hi everyone, i'm a french youtubers and yesterday i have found and repair a ka 52 with my friends, after i start to fly, anyone can't re-spawn and after i disconnect and reconnect i can't spawn too... I found that heli at KRASNOSTAV airfield in the middle of the field and for repair this heli I use a motor parts. I have try to re install DayZ, scan ARMA data with steam, administrator right on all .exe but nothings working, I m very disappointed, my project of walkthrough is block by this problem i hope everyone can find a solution !
