When your dealing with the amount of hackers in this game i don't blame people for alt f4ing anymore. These script kids are so fucking stupid that they won't realize that hacking will only ruin this game for them and everyone when all is said and done.

I usually respawn and die to the same hacker that just killed me.

Any automatic, i guess M4 would be good. I found a mp5sd to pair with my m24 a while back although i dont have an M9sd.

People will do anything to survive and get the upper hand. Treat this game like a death match. The way Rocket has developed this game to makes it difficult to communicate so kill first ask questions later.

When you log in at first in the server lobby does it say that battle eye is out of date and that it is trying to update into the new version? If it says that and it doesn't update automatically go to this site --------> http://www.battleye.com/download.html Download those 2 v1.62 files Client and server. Then go into your Arma 2 OA battle eye file (if you bought Day Z from steam it should be in program files (x86) ----> steam ---> steam apps -----> common ------> Arma 2 OA -------> expansion -----> battle eye) and replace both the client and the server with the new version. Now start the game up, it should be updated to the new client version. If it doesn't update or fix re-do the above steps (downloading and replacing). However, before starting up Day Z and after replacing the files set the CLIENT file to read only in properties. That should fix the problem IF you have had the same problem that I had.

This is rocket's new anti PVP system, you kill people you get the worst skin. You don't kill people you get a better skin. The old bandit skin was alot better than this.

I totally agree that sidechat needs to be in the game. The game is now deathmatch and i have no problem with that but in this sort of game where it can take 30 minutes to head from one place to another side chat needs to be included. Its nice to be able to do something besides shoot a gun for once. Also sidechat makes it about 100x easier to report hackers. Those craving for realism/immersion should be wondering why random pistols are lying around in houses, glitch deaths in open field with nothing around, how hackers can do whatever they want. Those things are what break immersion.

I have a different sort of request, can I be respawned and have my status set so that i can play without remaining unconcious for the immensely long time of infinity? I prefer t be spawned on the coast. Player: Hard Python Player ID: 28457286 (arma 2 player id)

Yesterday running through a field to Cherno I saw a car. Immediately I hit the deck thinking the car cannot see me, but instead it turns exactly into my position and i get run over. I proceed to laugh. Next death is an undeath, I go into electro into the 2 story house with the curtains leading up to the second floor. I have a shootout with a person and I kill him. I'm trying to put morphine into my leg but alas the server wont let me and i have a firefight with another player who kills me at this point. Or so i thought. Today I respawn in the same building and I am not dead just unconcious and bleeding. Unfortunately I stop bleeding and I go unconcious. I am still unconcious up to this point which is like 20-30 mins later. So now I get to sit and watch an infinitely full hourglass.
