its not medium class, if you read the 1.0 changelog you would see that it is a 25 slot backpack which makes it the second biggest bacpack in the game. and ive made lower tier backpacks more common which makes sense the spawn was only dropped abit because of the new construction system, because it takes a fair bit to get all the materials to build certain things and you wouldnt be to happy to have just spent 1 whole day building a base only to have some fresh spawn just easily obtain a toolbox and just pull it down... and also with the toolbox realism thing, i dont think that means much me. to be honest because the uses of a toolbox in real life are completely different to what their uses are in DayZ, i want to the toolbox to be rarer because it does soo much, it can pull down a whole base, you dont see people pulling down fortified structures with a "ToolBox" in real life, do you? (sorry if that came out smartass like) also with the wood thing, i completely forgot hatchet can cut down trees for wood haha :D but i only increased it a tad at farms so it should be fine and if it becomes a problem ill fix it in 1.2 -

they are what arma set them to, but also take in mind that arma's damage systems works through the bullet not the gun. e.g. Ak-74 using 30rd. Ak Mags = 2500 RPG using PG7V = 6554851 or something like that BUT RPG using *30rd Ak Mags = 2500 Hope this helps :D -

The SurviveDayZ Mod is also a viable option as i have removed the all Night vision capabilitys, L85A2 AWS and both the 50.cals (AS50/M107)

ill do my best to explain it... You need to find parts to build items/objects such as woodpiles,sandbags etc... (i will make a list of constructable items with the respective parts required soon.) once you have all the parts to build an item and they are all in your inventory it becomes as simple as right clicking on a part and a drop down menu will appear with all the things that part can build, you then click the item you wish to construct (providing you have the parts ofcourse) and it will become an item in your inventory which takes up as many slot as all the parts combined, you can then right click on the new constructed item and then click "Build <ItemName>" then it will build it. and the consructed item once placed can be removed by the use of a toolbox (which are now very very rare). also if you have not placed the constructed item and its still in your inventory you have the ability to right click on it and click "Deconstruct" which will replace the item with the parts needed to build it. Yeah we did the "temporary" slot reduction for abit, it was fine then except for the part when i get endless messages and pm's telling me "i cant get in because the servers full all the time". but we soon fixed that because i was annoyed haha, and now we just got our 1st UK server running the SurviveDayZ Mod and its brilliant, it feels good to get 50 Slots again.. and our main is 30 or 40 slot i think? because we have the 2 Vanilla dayz servers on the same box. but yea best of luck and its sucks with that conference coming at the worst time. -

Venthos, It appears you are in need of a more powerful server... we had the same issues as you when we started, players desynced like crazy, endless loading etc... I Wish you best of luck getting it on a more powerful server that can handle it. -

yeah i know what you mean and im testing alot of things. also everyone V1.0 to 1.06b was just me seeing what i was capable of, and now i know. V1.1 is when it goes into the "beginning" of the real mod. which includes a hive wipe. -

This is what im currently working my hardest to fix. i am trying many different ways of loot spawing but once the server fills, all loot just goes beserk. strange thing though is that i seem to be having little to no trouble with loot which is what makes it hard for me to fix something that i cant see broken -
