You gotta learn, never go to a gunfight with a knife.... When you see hackers, the only smart thing to do is to hide or abort the game and change the server. Dont give them the pleasure of killing you / getting revenge.

I wont show you on the map since I never had a base. I play solo and havent had the time nor items to stash anything. But if you ask me I WOULDNT stash anything at the edges off the map since thats a really popular place and alot of people raid those places. Stash it somewhere dead in the middle of the map or something.

Well the only times Ive used that escape mecanism is when I have been fighting hackers. Ive got two examples once when I sprayed over 20 holes in a guys body without him gettnig killed, and another time when I killed one guy that had weird stuff on him, just to get shot at from behind seconds later.

This night, I killed a sniper in a Ghilly Suit (yay!). Problem was, this is the first time Ive been close to a Ghilly Suit and the thing is, I ran across a huge open area in order to get to that body. I was shot at by 3 different players (I know because I could hear three different gunshots) so the adrenaline was pumping and I didnt have alot of time when I got to my victims body. Anyhow the problem was that I couldnt find any way to remove his Ghilly Suit to take it for myself, even if it was covered with blood and had huge holes in it.... Is there any way to take another players ghilly suit or must I find one of my own? - Firemac

Phew well lucky me I didnt stay longer at his body. Only left a Bizon behind but meh I know I would have been killed since I heard ALOT of close ranged weapons while I was running away from his dead, cold, sniping corpse.

No give it to me I hold it for you I promise!!!!!! A golden rule on DayZ - Dont trust anyone. Find a tent, hide your suit inside it, die and reclaim your stuff.

As you all know, this magnificent game that is only in ALPHA mode has already recieved tons of retarded hackers who thinks its funny to cheat because they are either too bad or too lazy to do stuff on their own. So everyone that is new to DayZ should be carefull while playing, because a new threat to you inside the game has borned - Hackers. They can spawn items ingame that doesnt belong there. Teleport you across the map, become invincible and even teleport themselfs to you. Today I logged into LU170 to play alittle when I noticed a player crawling in the distance. I shot him three times with my sniper and yet he didnt die. I saw the blood flowing and he only dissapeard. Minutes later I noticed that someone was behind me, I turned around and shot my attacker two times in the chest with my sniper, yet he didnt die he only dissapeared. I quickly understood that this was the same guy who was 600 meters infront of me just some minutes ago, but how did he get behind me? I knew that he was a hacker and I quickly aborted the game. I advise all new players to do the same if something weird like this happends to you. These hackers show no mercy and will kill you when they get the chance. I have warned you, and this is everything I can do in order to help you all. - Firemac, a loyal hardcore player.

Yea thats a problem. If you kill him and he alt f4s his body dissapears. Happend 2 me alot of times.

Lol... This topic is ridiculous.... Your looking for survivers not bandits right? Then why do you shoot anyone who is not on your teamspeak? Sound like bandits to me.....

That vehicle was spawned as normal but the hackers hacked the rounds.
