I got a horn as I tried to pick up a crowbar multiple times on a laggy server. You can select it with "F" key. "Fire" makes it honk. After reconnect I still had it. And you can pick it up from a dead guy, but it doesn't show up on the inventory, but nevertheless it works. :D So, horn doesn't equal hacker
