Sniping is PvP he's fighting another player. Just because you get sniped doesn't mean you have to whine about it

Long loading times are because your pc sucks a dick and the lack of a starting map is because it makes the game challenging stop whining and play cod

Its because when you lose them they search the area for a little bit you need to try and keep hiding or move
