However, we are a global community and we open our doors to everyone.As part of our support for Day Z we encourage our members to get involved with the story telling aspect of DayZ . Presently we have a journal feature that is based on our various gaming explorations. Members are invited to submit their stories and experience to be published on our website. I would also assume that attachments would consume inventory slots? That would limit the amount you can hold. But I support this. Maybe not the 'on the fly' but I support this. By not on the fly I mean you haft to sit there for like 30 seconds or something of that sort 'attaching it'.

Should try out Regular ArmA... Its pretty damn fun. I suggest the TAW Domination servers. Quite a good clan with an amazing admins. Also single player is a good kick when you are bored. There is more to ArmA than DayZ.

1) people will never tell you where they put their camps. 2) 'popular camp sites' are bad places to put camps, since they are popular and poeple search them out to see if they can get lucky. If you are looking for people to tell you where they set their camps, I laugh at those who tell you. If you are wondering good spots to put your own camp, Put it somewhere illusive, and even yourself will have trouble finding. That is an ideal camp site.

1) Loading is oftentimes server related, other times related to the user. Its odd. Just keep reconnecting or trying new server until you get in. Its almost like a pot luck. 2) The world is persistent, ergo its saved for you. Unless you die. Then you start over. 3) Some buildings are explorable, others are static and decoration. You will learn. 4) Icons are as follows: (prlly not in order) Temp - how hot/cold you are. if you are too cold you can contract an infection (your character coughs and you loose blood) Water - how thirsty you are Blood - how much blood you have. if a cross is blinking you are bleeding Food - how hungry you are. Also 2 white symbols will be above theases when you are afflicted with hem. One is shock, the other is broken bones (legs)

DayZ DB map may be more detailed, however its coord's are inaccurate and not as precise as the in-game map. Only use it to see what loot types are around you, or plotting a loot run. Otherwise use the In-game map to navigate the wilderness within the game.

That sounds like server lag. If the hive was lagging you would be experiencing lost items, or items magically disappearing.
