Also we did report it =) Hi, I just had two crashes of my entire arma2oa.exe application and in the event viewer i noticed error reports (which i will attach). i am running windows7 64 bit. steam overlay enabled, launching epoch mod via dayzcommander. BE is current version - updated via server automatically (ie, whatever the server pushes out) let me know if you have any issues opening the attached event viewer log files and i'll be happy to send them via screenshots or something. Also, one of my friends had very similar crashes happen today - middle of playing arma2oa epoch mod, suddenly crash to desktop - except unlike me, he was in combat at the time of the crash so he's now banned :( I am not sure if he knows how to (or can) get his eventviwer logs but i'll ask. Dont listern to that guy. Why update your sound drivers when it dident do it before? Anyway Its a battleye.dll crash. Very common at the momnet. Have a look at your windows event log or the arma rpt log That is in user/appdata/local/ArmA 2OA folder Just type event log in search and its under Event Viewer (Local)/Windows Logs/Application Not much you can do about it, until Battleye fix the .dll =)

Arma is very cpu - Hard drive speed intensive. Its not really about gpu here. Dont know what hard drive you are using? You should be pulling around 40-60+ in rural areas and it will drop to around 30-50 in citys. I would add a SSD 256gb as a 128gb fills up dam fast. Use just for o/s and games, then put all your documents on the 1 TB =) + a bit more Ram 8gig. Windows 8.1 FTW. Its a dam fast o/s and is a lot cleaner than 7 :P

Yes...but arma is more about CPU + Hard Drive + Ram to get decent frames. Putting in a new card may not give you more FPS. Would help with more specs and what card are you upgrading from.

You need to get a safe/vault first, should be your main goal. Then you can store stuff without being stolen. You could get a truck first to store some high value weapons ...like m14's, sa58's, akm's, sniper rifles...etc Look for high value items, gps, redbull, orange sherbit, mountain dews...etc once you have 12 * 10oz gold bars you can get a safe. Then you could loot or buy building stuff, buying is a easy way, as you just do the above, sell and buy what you need. cinder blocks is the way to go. When building use the environment to your advantage to use the least amount of build materials. As you have to maintain it (about 6 days) that can change from server to server.

I think its due to the server not communicating with the hive. Have you tried reconnecting. This seems to help sometimes you have to do it a few times. Just do it when you notice the warping.

It just needs more optimization like 30-40 in citys. Then last night I was pulling just over 100 near Veresnik. Go figure?

You dont need to run into people to get there steam name. All I need to do is join a server! Then in my friends list, click on the "Recently Played with" tab, and boom your there. So I can now stalk you =)
