Joe, 1st I'd like to say...I'm sure Rocket doesn't like it, just as much as you obviously don't like it, and let me respond for him by saying that he's working on it... 2nd If you're really looking for him to respond to this...maybe just maybe, try not to be a dick. Your tone is clearly read.

Well, as I would like to agree I can't, because to be honest, I would have killed him too...it's part of the game. BUT, I still think it's great he went back for justice. The "bandits" in this case in my opinion were idiots, hanging 4 in the same tree line...it's not WWII, we don't need a firing line...and worst of all staying in the same spot after they killed someone. I kill people in Elektro everyday. I take their food and leave the rest for them or anyone who's brave enough to stand over a random dead body in the middle of one of the "hottest" cities in the game. As for the "Zombie Survival" game...that's not the main focus you know? Because here is how that would go...Spawn, Food, Drink, Gun, Run, ......and never go back to a city again. I WOULD WIN, AND NEVER DIE...you know why...Because, Zombies won't go after you until you get close to them... the PvP aspect of the game is the best part of the game, and more of a focus than you think. .....Just saying Rocket didn't put a Thermal/Night vision assault rifle, frag grenades, M136 Launcher, M203 grenades, and Door mounted helicopter machine guns in the game to kill zombies.

If refreshing doesn't work, Try DayZ Commander, allows you to add friends by name and join on them. Also, has a few "better" in my opinion interface options such as tells you what TOD (time of day) your server is at. Only downside is that your DayZ and Arma updates won't happen on their own, it's all manual. Whereas, Six Launcher does everything for you. I use both, but when joining friends, I use the Commander so I know I won't struggle finding them.

Nice video. Suggestion, you and your friend should get on some sort of VOIP program. Teamspeak, Vent, Etc. A lot better communication, and doesn't take you away from the game. Those guys had much too good of shit to be sitting in the same spot they killed you from...You deserved all that shit you took from them.

Believe it's a bug, Have noticed this with the constantine wire, tank traps, and oddly enough destroyed tents. I ran over a tent on my bike, and server reset maybe 20-30 minutes later it popped back up, with everything in it.... Think it has something to do with the "saving" factor of items....like if you are in a car, and server resets, the car will be where it was last saved even though you're in bumble fuck...I think the wire, bags, traps, and tents obviously all work on that same "save" engine to the server hive.

Sorry, but I fully disagree. 3 times an hour!!! I'm on day 24! Give people advice that will help them play the game...not exploit it. Spawn where it spawns you and figure it out...if needed...do what the OP said he does, and let zombies eat you if you must. Otherwise...please don't complain too much because, I'll be the first to tell you...the RESPAWN button will never be back in DayZ FYI It takes 20 minutes to run from Kamenka to the outskirts of Elektro....use that as your distance key. It never takes too long to get anywhere on the coast.

You won't get any rollback unfort. but seems like you have a name and a few witnesses...might be enough to have a server ban depending on the US 737 admin. Contact the admin with your issue...a good admin SHOULD deal with this a.s.a.p. I'm sure he/she doesn't like someone hacking on their server.

I think you did the right thing...I killed a hacker once...and then the whole server died. If you know someone's hacking run away, or disconnect.

Not knocking your issue here...but add that to the list of 10,000+ other dicks that do that. Best bet....send info to admin...won't be enough to ban, but at least he'll be watched.

Painkillers Morphine 2 Frags NVG's Rangefinder Map Compass GPS all the rest i.e. Hatchet and hunting knife are a given to cook food....any other room I have I fill with food/drink...try to use my cans of soda last... depending on situation gear always changes...somtimes I like to carry smoke grenades to distract zombies, and have had road flares come in handy to blind out guys with NVG's to escape. really all depends on the situation. -edit- i'm a straight up lone bandit, (notice no blood or epi-pens) so literally I'm constantly loaded, since I don't have a home or real group I play with, it's a bit different . Get yourself some tents and set up shop...have a new rifle everyday of the week if you want. If you play with a group, save room in your pack to pick up essentials. I kill people for food mostly...I like the weapons I have...I'd rather kill someone leaving a market than actually going in there myself. Zombies scare me.

The whole idea, to my knowledge, was to also stop that exact behavior. Spawn jumping on a lot of servers is frowned upon. Do what you do...but, maybe you should try to play it out. Might be fun

How long has server been running? What version are you playing? and....how are you so sure that there are no vehicles? just spawn points on map? also....heli crash sites are completely random to my knowledge unless you're talking about the one's you can fix.

Food/Water is much more important than guns. Find that crap first. Don't fight zombies (unless you have to). http://dayzdb.com/map USE IT! and most importantly...don't trust anyone. best of luck...and if it makes you feel any better....I think we all felt the same way when we first started... I didn't find more than a Lee Enfield for at least a week....a crashed heli in less than 10 hours..is pretty good luck.
