so i cant launch my game and i recieve the message added below and i have no idea what to do. if anyone can solve this id be greatful.

added two posts the other one has a picture and i dont know how to remove this one if a member of the dayz crew sees this please remove this post ^^

well thank you, arma 2 is very important since u probably allready understand it is there the important addons are. since the operation arrowhead is just an expansion to the game :) good luck to you and if u have any further questions or problems dont hesitate ^^

well i have been playing this game for a week now and today i ran across a guy who called out friendly, and as the friendly player i am i called out friendly aswell and he is unarmed and we started talking and he explains how he died because he tried to shoot a guy and failed so i executed him. i just realized what i have been thinking for a long time. people call out friendly when they have disadvantage and when they have advantage they kill. u know i was actually going to help this guy before he told me the story of how he died, when he told me that i just thought this guy will probably shoot me when a weapon is placed in his hand. anyone else feel the same or is it just me? feels like they should stand for what they are and dont try to make friends that they will probably shoot when they are given the oppertunity. but yes its a tactic that will make u survive longer(but a chicken one)

well the way he told me he tried to ambush someone and fail and when we started talking he was not leaving me and someone like that i do not want following me around. and yes i know it wasnt the smartest or nicest thing to shoot an unarmed man but he just made me so angry that i just couldnt help my self. and for all who thinks different. im not one of those guys running around trying to kill people this was my third kill this week(and my entire play time) and the other two kills have been in self defence against people shooting at me.

yes i copied the addons folder from arma 2 and pasted it into the OA folder. not in any other folder in the OA folder just straight in in the main folder. hope this help else ask more and ill try to answer as good as i can

o im sry i confused the word folder with map(its what it is named on in my language) so map means folder i think. if u only got arma 2 operation arrowhead and not arma 2 you only have the expansion since arma 2 operation arrowhead just is an expansion to the arma 2 game.

had the same problem and took me quite some time to figure it out and since the forum have helped me id thought id return the favor ^^

what i did was when i had this problem i copied the addons map and put it in the arma 2 operation arrowhead map like this: copied this map: C:\Program\Steam\steamapps\com­mon\arma 2\Addons and put it here: C:\Program\Steam\steamapps\com­mon\arma 2 operation arrowhead and the problem was solved hope this may help ^^

+1 i agree, the map would do more good to the bandits then it would do good for the actual survivors. a friendly survivor(as my self) survives only because being stealthy and taking safe routes that should not be spoiled.
