You do have a map on spawn, it's called google. Respawn made it to easy to just keep respawning to try and get a good spawn location, which isn't intended.

you're also dead if you're hit by any other sniper since 90% of the time they will incap you, leaving you as a free target for the second shot.

you also hold one primary in your hands.

if you want to swap a weapon in your backpack just bring the item IN the backpack forward with the arrow buttons, then it will just swap your wep out.

it was in the patch notes a while ago that you can set water to not drop loot, think it was 2? maybe 3 patches ago. server you were on probly had that, or you got incredibly lucky.

was removed from loot tables as of last patch, only way to get one atm is to of picked on up before the patch and stored it.

I prefer the M24, but as previously said the DMR is the only sniper that allows NVGs.

I prefer a M14 or Bizon if I can get my hands on one, for starters I usually try and get a Remington flash though, used to play alot on nighttime servers when I started and the flashlight is a life saver.

That's the only time milidots apply, all milidots bar the AS50s (due to it not zooming properly) are only accurate when you hold right click down to zoom in. For closer targets, practice a bit on zombies and get a feel for the gun a bit more, the top milidots may be used for closer targeting, it would seem logical, however I'm not 100% sure and since you have to zoom in for the milidots to be accurate at closer ranges you'd end up seeing nothing but your targets chest in your sight if you tried to utilise them. The key really is getting a feel for the weapons through practice in this game though, especially the snipers.

also bear in mind all jerry tanks are found full.

yeh you've got to be careful with backpacks, I've lost countless rifles because I was trying to switch my main wep to something from my pack and it just flat out deletes one of the rifles if you don't do it the right way around. still alphas alpha, stuff like this will all be sorted when the standalone or whatever comes out.

you have to pick up all loot from it if you want the loot to respawn, takes 10 mins ? or so I think. generally frowned upon to just camp one though, I usually check the ones I pass and empty them out so new stuff is spawned next time I pass it.

Logged in today and my chars inventory is as I left it, but when I opened my bag my dmr was gone and in it's place were the 11 or so Stanag mags I dropped earlier, thing is I had the DMR before my current shotgun, and I actually dropped all the Stanag ammo so that I could put the DMR in my pack and pick up the Remington (was becoming nighttime and I wanted the flashlight). Does this mean packs are saved separate to on hand inventory or what? Just to make it clear I'm not complaining, lost plenty of good stuff to rollbacks, just seems a bit strange that my pack seemed to rollback but my chars on hand invent didn't.

sometimes if you approach them to fast the loot won't spawn right away, I useually take my time and pic off all the military zeds for their loot first (not that I ever get anything good from crash sights). also I think the flashing gun thing always happens, pretty sure all the copters I've found have had one broken minigun and one working one thats mid fire animation (loot spawns next to the firing one), not sure if it's just a glitch with the model or what, makes them easier to see at night though.

But why would you do this when you could just shoot all of them in the feet forcing them into a hilarious crawl train...

think the one I saw was in one of those school type buildings, like the one in elek near the supermarket. was pretty recent, few days ago I think? pretty sure it was after the latest patch.

found one, but my char was female so I had to take beans instead.

I tend to lie under a tree or something for a few mins before I log out just to make sure. Also make sure you don't have the yellow/red desync icon up when logging out.
