  1. Just in case anyone else finds this thread... After installing 95054 and getting the most current BE dll from the offiical site everything is back to normal. No errant messages and games works great. It had also been 48 hours since I last tried to login anywhere so maybe that helped. Dunno.
  2. Fade certainly was real back in the day. Are you saying they don't use the technology anymore? Plus, I have seen the message on my own private dedicated server when one of my friends logs in at the same time as his son. Clearly they are using the same CD Key.... Just sayin'..
  3. Howdy, Let me start by making it clear that I have been a legal owner of every game in the OFP/ArmA line since the begining. The other day I was having issues around the Six updater 1.7.2 patch. I installed 1.7.2.3 manually and also 94945 game patch. I was unable to connect to any servers (well I could connect but not get past Wait for Host). I put together that maybe it was BattleEye related so after some messing around I finally downloaded a slighly newer dll version from the official site and dropped that into the proper directory. Unfortunately the game was only minimized (woops). The strange part is that I was able to connect to a server but then not allowed into the game becasue I had an "illegal" name. Somehow I was in game with no profile chosen. I loaded my normal profile but still could not get into the server. So...clean out everything and start fresh with game patch, dayz files, connect to server and this time wait for BE to auto-update...and yay! I'm in. Except...now I have "remember illegal copies may degrade" poping up every 20 seconds or so. This happens on every server I try to play on. Sigh. So is there a way to "clean out" my stored game key/profile on the backend? Is there a support form I can submit? I doubt BIS offically supports the DayZ backend right? Thanks for your attention.
