Davos was hacking. Spawning into our vehicle and destrying it then spawning stuff in and flying around in a helicopter. It was on server US1162

So I know all the the spawns for the the Off road truck that are on the DB map but, I know a few places where you can find them without one thing on it. One of them is Northwest of Myshkino. It is at coords 015 075. I want to know if it is a random spawn like how with the marked car sspawns have a 5% chance. Or is it always there?
