i still dont see any servers and its not on LAN help i cant see any MP servers

wen i click on multtiplayer nothing shows up. there are no servers to choose plzzz help the only server on there is 1 that says host new server

so i was playing the game earlyer and everying was ok. so i get off for a bit then when i try to get back on dayZ the servers for multiplayer wont show up. it shows me there are no server idk why. and all it shows is host new server plzzzz help some one.
