    I'm pretty new to DayZ, just played for about 4 hours last night before getting wasted by another player. I'm totally hooked, but I'd like to roll with some of you other new players out there! I considered joining an established group, but I'd really like to share the experience of discovering this game for the first time with some like-minded people. I operate on west coast time and just got off work, PM if you'd like to join me!

    Hey there fellow survivors My name is Michael (Steam: weekendbiggs, In-game: HalftoneStatic) Had my first proper few hours of gameplay last night and I am definitely hooked. Lasted about 4 hours before I made it to some kind of military base where I ran into another player. I couldn't figure out how to talk to him to tell him I was a friendly, so we both just layed prone across from each other for about 10 seconds before he shot me in the face, haha. Oh well. Starting a new character now and I'm looking for some other new people to roll with. Would like to play with others who are new or fairly new to the game so we can share in the discovery of the awesomeness that is DayZ!
