So I find my greatest loot pile as of yet, and decide to set up a tent and start hauling the goodies in. I saved the tent each time while putting the stuff in, and went to do some other shit, confident that the items would remain in their place. After server restart, boom, the tent is gone. This isn't the first time this happened, so I'm wondering am I doing something wrong. Am I supposed to get a confirmation message after saving a tent? Or are these buggy little shits just really THIS buggy?

-Not interested unless it's tents you're offering -I wouldn't wipe my ass with FN FAL AN/PVS-41 even if such a feat was possible: that is, just because it's very rare, unique and special doesn't mean it's useful :|

It's a hacked weapon and you won't get banned for hacked weapons if you didn't spawn them, but if you want to be a little goody two-shoes you can go ahead and delete it. I found an AS50 TWS once and never got banned, what's up with that?

Most of the time I would go to great lengths to not to kill a low-threat survivor, but seven of them grouped together, all ripe for picking... I couldn't resist. I may be an ass, but many others would've done the same, or would you disagree?

Skill tiers in a bug-infested alpha mod of a military simulator that no team plays seriously, hmmmm. What would you call a high skilled player, or even better, name a team?

If people spawned in the coast losing only small bits of their gear, people would just camp the spawnpoints and mow down the fresh spawns.

So I managed to kill black player character in a military camo and noticed how well he blends in his surroundings as opposed to a white man. It would be totally BADASS if whiteys could also get face paints and such in-game, I don't feel comfortable with changing my character's skin to a darker version. Your thoughts in this? e: nvm, didn't realize this exists!

Date/Time: 16.07.2012 What happened: I logged out with a character and turned into a fresh spawn at the coast. At some point after playing with the fresh spawn, I revert to old character. Where you were: Across the map in different locations What you were doing: First time I started the character I spawned to Solnichniy and found a Makarov and Lee-Enfield in a house. Emboldened and happy about the success of finding two weapons in such a rapid succession, I decided to log out of the server (DE72) to one where my friend was playing (DE88). To my rage, I found that I spawned fresh to the coast and I would have to fire up a new character. I tried joining another server (DE1**), but my character remained at coast. Disappointed by the turn of events, I accepted my fate and started playing on the new character on the coast. I tapped out twice to get to Cherno, and started gearing up (M1911, hatchet, food, drinks). At some point I also hunted a player with a hatchet and shouted slurs at him, he also shouted at me that he would find a weapon and put a bullet in my brains, but I think it's unrelated. At some point, I came across a big group of players at cherno supermarket in a firefight, one of them carrying a M14. I manage to kill 3 of them, including the one with M14 (+ a ready hunting kit) and succesfully get away with my prize. I started hoarding ammo for the thing, eventually finding some near Balota airstrip and Kamenka deer stands. Once we're at the deer stands with my friend, I decide to take a smoking break, logging out by aborting. Once I get back to game, I find to my ultimate horror that I've spawned in the older character with Lee-Enfield and Makarov. I tried logging off again and back in, but I keep spawning to the older character. Current installed version: 1.7.2.3, beta 94876 Server(s) you were on: DE72, DE88, DE100something (not entirely sure about the servers) I'd also like to take my time to thank DayZ staff for creating a great mod. I understand it's Alpha and there are shortcomings what comes to playing an Alpha version. While I am pissed off about the loss, the only reason I care is because it's such a great experience. I hope there's a fix for this, and even if there is not, I hope nobody else have to go through this.
