what should that have to do with the BE-Client not running properly? more likely to be a file-error than anything else

are you sure,that you placed the battleye client.dll in the right folder?it should be in "Arma2OAfolder/Expansions/BattleEye" also: if steamrepair fails,change download location in the steam client.see if that helps (it may not)

Funfact: More than half of all the derps that post things like "go back to cawadoodie or beef tri!" are those that got every COD since Modern Warfare on Steam and played for longer than 20hours on each game.

Got Arma 2 since release but it was incredibly borked at that time and so i didnt care much for it.After BF3 got boring i had to try out Arma 2 again and yeah,thats how i ended up here -

Yes,you need a legit version of OA to play.Not going too deep into this piracy stuff but no chance with a yarrrrr-version whatsoever. Sell something or wash your neighbours dog for 10bucks and get it at amazon or gmg

It's cause once you reach the northern part,everyone you encounter starts shooting without asking questions.Thats why people (like me) wont be seen there (which doesn't mean im not there) -
You only need to buy Operation Arrowhead if you already have ARMA 2 or use ARMA 2 Free

I got this problem aswell as 5 other guys im playing with every day. After login,everything we do wont be saved at all (even if the debug info says otherwise). I login,same position as i logged out yesterday.then i'll loot some supplys and change position, logout after it says "unsaved:true (5secs and counting upwards)" and after i log back in im at the position i left the game yesterday.Same process on different servers,tested DE 1-4 & EU 10

- Game purchase only (allthough,i would support a montly fee up to 5$ to cover servercosts) Also: - Community or studio servers? or both? BOTH! Community is what keeps Games alive,long after Studio's/Publishers care Crowdfunding is a good way for small Projects to get realized so if nothing else helps or Publishers want too much changes to appeal a "wider audience" go Kickstart it. I'll throw money in your direction with a smile on my face and im sure others will do aswell
