    People who die as a consequence of a mistake they made, should take their death and learn out of it. Escaping from situation is totally unfair and should be punished! Every should have a second or even third chance, so when I would see someone disconnecting to prevent death the first time I would kick or temp ban him, and a second/third time ban him permantly. But it isn't a real punishment when those players can start with the same gear from the same spot on an other server, without any real punishment accorded to their character. There should be a kind of index or list for server admins, where players with missbehaviour can be listed.
