I have been on this server a lot and never had any issues. Sounds like a butt-hurt noob flaming the server to me.

First let me say I love the game. Its very well put together. And I know its just Alpha and lots of changes are in the works. I hope you find my suggestions informative and useful in future development. Suggestions for Dayz from a newbies prospective: 1. Optional Tutorial (Sort of like a basic training, teach the mechanics of the game) 2. Be able to run up hills (It’s silly that I cannot run straight up a hill) 3. Names over player’s heads (So we can identify who they are and if friend or foe) 4. Day and Night Cycles (The nights are just to long! Maybe let the servers have a few option, such as shorter night cycles) 5. Allow zombies to run on docks (Although I love being able to get away from zombies on docks it’s not realistic) 6. Death Message – Stating Who, What, Where and How you died (Frustrating to just die and have no idea what happened) 7. When you first log in there is a Location message in the lower right corner, but it only last 2 secs. (Make this message stay up for like 45secs so we can read it and look at a map) 8. When opening Inventory and then clicking on your bag I would like it to open a bag window. (this would allow you to click and drag to moving things from your bag to main inventory slots)

Just my luck! I was so happy because I hear that the crash sites have some of the best loot. >:(

What? so if you dont stick to one server you get banned? that sounds insanely dumb to me

So I have been playing Dayz for 3 or 4 days and one of my goals was to find a Helicopter crash site. I finally found one this morning! I had a double barrel shotgun and a total of 8 rounds. I saw 3 zombies near this helicopter crash site in full military gear. As I was low crawling to the crash to find some sweet loot I agroed a zombie that was laying in wait for me, apparently. So I get some distance and pump a 12ga round into his chest. He didnt even flinch, so I sunk another round into him and nothing. By this time the other 3 zombies are licking their chops and heading towards me. I put all 8 rounds in these fools and couldnt kill even one of them. Why? Are they wearing armor? Maybe this double barrel shotgun just sucks butt?

When I went into the profile section I saw my current profile (Jackson) so I created a new profile (DavidJack) and then logged back into the game. It still came up with the Jackson for my profile name. I did not have the option to choose between the two it just went to the orginal name (jackson).

I tried editing my profile (I can change face, glasses, voice, etc) but I can not change my name?
