I have this problem too. I've been trying for about a week to play and every time, no matter which server I choose - and I think I've tried every server in Aus/NZ. Usually it freezes when the loading progress bar is about 90% complete, after the lobby and server selection and after the background with the tanks. I say 'usually' because occasionally there are variations - earlier it froze with a grey screen before it got to the loading bar. Info: I'm playing with the Steam version of Arma 2: CO, and using the Six Updater / Launcher with a Core 2 Duo, 2G RAM, and a Radeon 6850 video card on 64 bit Windows 7 Home. I know it isn't working for me but I hope that these problems get worked out because I'm really looking forward to the finished game.
