I have met Bandits and Survivors alike - all of which seemed much better off than me, yet still threatened me anyway. Hey - if you think an unarmed civ fresh off the shore has the ability to run into you hard enough to make you jostle slightly and discomfort you enough to warrant a fatal attack on them, then by all means. I, on the other hand, will refrain from just blatantly 'dealing' with those kinds of people. If they're unarmed, in a coastal town/city - why should I care about them? Leave them be. /End rant. -MONSTER

I found a lighthouse straight away. After climbing it, I decided to go prone so I wouldn't get sniped (though it probably would have happened anyway). I effectively slid under the railings by laying down and fell off the side, hitting the ground with a sizable snap. I wonder if I will make the 'Most deaths by falling' award in Day Z history? -MONSTER

Player corpses are there for only one reason; to let you know when they've been KILLED. The safest bet is to steer clear. But what's the fun in that? -MONSTER

Doesn't the helicopter just end up allowing only a few individuals completely own the island? That doesn't seem very fair to me. If there were some anti-air guidance systems for launchers and whatnot, maybe it'd be a more viable in-game vehicle in terms of fairness - but honestly, how many times do the survivors scrounging around in ANY zombie apocalypse where they have NOTHING, EVER lead to them simply swooping back and forth over everybody's heads in a chopper? In ANY good zombie movie or game, you don't get the helicopter until the end - where it won't even matter because everything's over anyway. And that's my two cents! ^_^ -MONSTER

From what I saw in the first few posts, you left it at the spawn while you fixed it up. Why wouldn't you expect others to go for the same spawn? Did you think you were special for those two hours? Many people have died in many worse ways than you. Instead of getting angry and yelling at people ON THE FORUM, perhaps you should invest your time in making friends and strengthening your play-style to the point that the same won't occur again. On a side note; this was probably karma for what you do to the English language every day. -MONSTER
