300, 400 and 500 ping + is not suitable for an FPS. While it might seem fine on your end, other players can see you teleporting all over the shop. Pick a server in you region, I cannot see it being over 200 latency. If it is, it's time to upgrade your internet.

Douchebags will be douchebags. No amount of forum tears will stop people killing you while unarmed. Griefing and trolling are a common occurance, and not just in gaming. If you have any life experience you already know that people thrive off giving others a hard time, it's human nature. Get to a barn prior to your apartment/hospital/shop crawl, get a gun and get even. Shake it up a little and try Berezino over Elektro/Cherno, usually a bit quieter and you'll be able to swipe your starter crap there.
