Worrun (DayZ)

I think that the Zombies are seriously too fast, the fact that I can't kill a Zombie without first finding a gun is crippling enough but the Zombies are actually FASTER than the player. I'm trying to outrun this dude for like 15 minutes while he CONSTANTLY stops to attack and just catched straight up to me. If you're going to fuck us over by making us helpless atleast give us a chance to escape them.

Don't get me wrong I still preffer to play hard and stay alone but I sometimes like to argue points for what's right and wrong and also help defend other people against meanies :) Lol :P

From their point of view: Yeah dude just set it down there in that field, I gotta go into the fire station to get some blood packs. Sure bro, hurry. I'll keep you covered there's nobody around *chopper sound starting up* What the fuck? Dude someone's stealing our Heli! Shit bro! Come back you asshole! *chopper drives off into the horizon* *Guys shooting it with all their guns, including Lee Enfield* 1,023,923,999 zombies come and slaughter them both, they lose all their gear and ragequit the game. 1 of the players, Phillip decides to take a break from DayZ and starts feeling a little depressed, he stops talking to his friends and doesn't reply to Jessica's texts. He's becoming a hermit in his own home. After several weeks Phillip recieves a phone call from his boss, he's been fired for not turning up to work for 5 weeks unnotified. His life just gets worse and worse, spiraling out of control in a deep, endless pit of self loathing. He can't take it anymore and decides to end it all, he writes a heartly letter to his family and friends and hangs himself in his apartment, rain hitting the window on this cold, unsettling night in downtown Manhatten. RIP Phillip. Meanwhile player #2 - David is wondering where the hell Phil has gone, then he gets an email from Phil's mother. He never played the game again. Do you see what you are doing? Think before you steal people's helicopters. Oh nvm you got killed, NVM BRO!

Take a shit on somebody's lawn :D But yeah, alot of people seem to be getting turned into animals lately, alot of Cows. Weird :o

And a great addition to the game that is! I had no idea they did that :o They should make the F4 key unmappable if they already haven't. Then again, pussy ass "closers" would just remap the comment to another keyset in the Windows prompt or whatever.

On my very very first character I started in a field with a few scattered zombies and a small farm-town near by, I went through the 1 building that I could go inside (only 1 building? /sadface) and found a shotgun. Since then for the last 2 hours I have been running through constant trees and fields of nothing. I came across a log cabin that I couldn't go inside of. Any tips?

"Imagine how boring it would be" Just because you have a personal preference doesn't mean everyone else's is the same dude. I have played this game for almost 1 week and haven't been to any cities or large towns and just survive by going to the smaller farm towns and popping off zombies and traveling. I haven't come across any people that I have had a fight with and I have only seen 1 person and I let him pass without seeing me. Some people like myself prefer this game without the persistance of other players attacking all the time :)

Okay I've been playing almost a week now and only spotted 1 rabbit lol. I have my graphics on the lowest so there's absolutely no ground clutter and little environment detail but I can see animals perfectly, great big white glowing rabbit on the green/brown ground. With such small amounts of food and no zombies in the woods surely there could be some more animals to eat :)

I agree 101%! Ofcourse so many children will disagree because they don't want to lose their precious equipment. (the fact that this is alpha is a good enough excuse for this action, if Rocket chose to do so) IMO

They've got to be a complete asshole to lure someone via mic.

We should start with a Hunting or Survival knife IMO. Think about it, it's atleast a basic way for us to survive and defend ourself and also what sort of soldier wouldn't even have a knife? Lol I really think we should have this implemented! :)

As long as we don't spawn with any weapons at all the game shouldn't be made harder in the aspect of enemies.
