  1. Same, I checked the dayzdb map as-well. * The best loot spawns are at the heli crash sites. - Going to guess the best weapon at the crash site is the AS50. I believe the L85 change was intentional, from going to a thermal to a acog. * I'll ask the developer.

    Namalsk Mines

Suggest it to the mod developer. * Atm, vorkuta reminds me of chernobyl.
  3. Charnarus is old and easy. * There is no struggle to survive, when almost every village has food and water. Even the most desolate low yield villages has a good chance to drop "food/water". * Players can even abuse the zombie loot to survive, aggro and entire town and run into a building and kill the zombies one by one with an axe. If there is no struggle to survive, than player will just go pvp. * Basically what "Cherno,Elektro and the NW Airfield have become" The drop rate for "50 cals is too high" * A bit ridicules when "every player" has a 50. There is no need to worry about temperature "at all" * When did you ever use a heatpack? - Or when did you ever use a camp fire to heat your-self up? --- Namalsk brings the next level into "Dayz". With food being rare, players will travel and go to extreme lengths in attaining in. * Matches in the game are more rare than "50's" of which had their drop rate lowered by allot. * Players utilize for automatic weapons such as the "AK's or low tier Lee's" more often. The best military loot areas are located in the mountain regions of which are surrounded by snow. * The longer you stay in a snowy region, the colder you get. - You will eventually get sick, your aim is going to get "alot" worse. - Not to mention you will start coughing and make "alot" of noise, and don't forget you are slowly losing blood till you find antibiotics. (-) So there goes the whole camping the "NW Airfield" philosophy. --- Not sure is this is true, but has anyone found an L85 Thermal on Namalsk yet? * If the map developer removed it, than "Thank You".

    DayZ: Namalsk

I'd love both the "mutants and the underground base"... * Not sure about the train tho. In other news, I found the vault to the "secret weapons" room. * There is a large metal door in the way tho.

Actually, I really appreciate that the 50 cals are "allot" more scarce. * The game becomes ridiculous when "everyone" has a 50 cal to just pvp. For a post soviet apocalypse, I find it just right that I am finding "alot" more "AK's" than "M16's or 50 Cals". I don't know how to express it it, but it feels realistic. * Even tho, today I found about 3 "M14 AIMs" <- I love it :D I've had epic moments above ground at "Object II" during the night time, that I've never had in chernarus. * My small group of "3" men secured a warehouse close to the "main bunker" and then we heard a guy "cough"! - We all looked at ourselves and said, "Who just coughed!?!" - Turns out it was a enemy sniper "50 m" next to us on the water tower, an enemy position found by coughing... now that is one point for the history books. As for the "Alice packs". * In all honesty, they are not difficult to find. You know exactly where you can get it, but the question is. Are you willing to risk your life in getting it? - Vorkuta will guarantee you a Alice or Czech backpack, but of course this is pvp central... How far will you go to survive? Bugs/Suggestions. * I've noticed the snow footprints vanish after creating 3 steps. - If your using this tool as a way of tracking "game" or other "players", could there also be a way for them to cover it up? * I could only imagine if player had the ability to climb trees, lol. - Imagine following snow footprints to only be led to a trap. * In various areas after you D/C and re-connect my character will sometimes swim, but to fix that all you need to do is re-log again. - Then it brought up a new bug, where apparently I had the walking on water noise when I was on the roof of an apartment. "The apartments next to the "2 hospitals". - I'll fraps it next time.

There are more than enough weapons on the map, its just "ALOT" players are heading towards the same locations. * Basically a race.

Keep in mind, that "Sumrak" edited the loot drops. * There is a "secret weapon", only issue is that it has a very rare drop. * 0.13% and it is only found in the bunker. The information me and a friend found that it might be quite... devastating...hopefully. * Still doubt me? - Read this : http://www.nightstal...u=en_nc_warfare - and check the loot map list of that specific area and be surprised.

Sumrak, I must say this. * I am very impressed on how the map was made. * The "Dayz Team" should really add you to their group. My personal view of the map. Do not add more residential areas, it overall creates a challenge of which many players are trying to overcome. * It forces the players to go to "Vorkuta", of which to be honest is probably scarier than anything else in the game, "EVERYONE" wants a better backpack. Matches are now more rare/valuable than high powered weapons. * Chernarus was "very easy" in terms of beating hunger and thirst, this map brings Dayz into a whole new level of "Survival Tactics". * The overall creation of the map is quite well done. Keep the cans of food to be "rare" * Force the player to hunt "game" to survive. Heat-packs and campfires finally have a use. * At times I'd give up ammo and medical supplies just to have an extra heat-pack going up the mountains. - I do wish they did last a little longer, they seem a bit short. My favorite part of the game is the underground bunker at "Object All" * Please make more bunkers and make it creepy, it creates an atmosphere of high tension. Some suggestions in regards to the bunkers, if you don't mind. * Please make it pitch dark, or at-least darker underground, I'd actually drop my "AK or M16 rifles" for a Remington shotgun with the light to explore the bunker. Sadly there is no reason since there is allot of light. - It's strange that the underground bunker has so much light where there should be none, maybe make it pitch dark or have some emergency lights on? * I've got another idea in regards to adding light into the bunker, maybe an underground generator, where player would use "Jerry cans" to fuel the power to the bunker. * Could we have some zombies in the bunker, a single zombie was once able to follow us, but that was it. Btw, I saw the "secret weapon" in the bunker, sadly I had no ammo. * Looking forward to test it, If I ever find it again. B) Vid of what an epic bunker experiance would seem to me. * It even has zombies!
