    I've got bad news, but at this stage it might be already too late. Back in December I saw the models for DayZ, and one of them was shit falling to the ground and a pile of shit on the ground. 1 Sec ill try to find the screenshot of the models. edit : found it

    Tbh, I think this is rockets attempt way to deter "KOS" Because once the whole medical / disease system is implemented into the game. * The number deaths related to sickness will hit the DayZ community like a massive Tsunami.

    Friendlies in Stary?!

    After surviving the death fields of berezino the journey heads west on the US 4 experimental server. But nothing has been touched. Are there any friendlies around this area? Many players are losing faith that players only KOS in DayZ. This video is prove them all wrong. Every player has a choice to be good or evil. The real question is , what are you?!

    If you have no problem trusting children in DayZ that is your opinion. I've done plenty of tests back in the mod and standalone to know the signs of who is trying to survive and to those that just want instant action. * Squakers / Children have no patience and are only looking for instant action. Thus hearing someone talk is quite important for me in weather or not I should trust someone.

    Bugged audio.

    I am just curious, what is the status for this particular subject. Because I've seen no updates regarding it. The problem has been in the game every since DayZ SA was released back in December. Random noises. * Zombies growls, but is not in your surrounding area. * Players combining of ammo, but is not in your surrounding area. * The snap from soda cans being opened by players, but is not in your surrounding area. * Hearing players eat food, but is not in your surrounding area. Are these issues being worked on? ----------- Back in the mod, the audio worked perfectly. If I ever hear a soda can pop or someone eating, I knew for sure that someone is extremely close to me. But it seems in the standalone I can't tell if someone is next to me or not due all the bugged audio.

    Camo does not really help in the game anyway. The grass will not protect you if you're being sniped by a player that is more than 300 meters from you. * Aka the wasteland of render distance. - Being in a field of grass give you literally no cover, when is real life it would in terms of being hidden. Having colors that blend in with buildings or the dirt is generally a better camo scheme to follow to not make yourself obvious.

    At this stage of DayZ SA, bandits are not obvious. * Maybe back in December all the bandits generally had a "Payday mask" but it's generally just having allot of camo clothing today. Gas masks are still a bandit give-away.

    Never ever trust a person that does not communicate. * If players like this don't communicate then kill them, because they generally don't talk / type for a good reason. Be very cautious of players that only type, it might mean they don't want to talk. Thus it could a "squeaker", always "kill on sight" squeakers. * But try to give players that type a chance, but keep an eye on his actions.

    I've never noticed the gunshots being bugged. The only thing that concerns me is if the audio from the gunshots is working correctly in trying to identify in which direction it came from.

    Yep I've also got a 2nd encounter on raw video of being very exposed. I tabbed back in and was being mauled by a zombie. Atm, the experimental server nerfed the axe so hard that it take about seven hit to kill it. But yeah. once the zombie was dead I started to patch my self and I noticed a fully geared out player less than 70 meters to my right. He must of thought I didn't see him, but he had the chance to shoot me. I said "hey dude", and continued saying "how is this going to end?". He didn't say anything and was very cautious since I saw him, and then I pulled out my mosin. But then I basically said fuck it, and tried to make myself look non-threatening and holstered my main gun. In the end we came to trust each other and now are friends on steam. * It's tough to know if someone is really friendly by just lowering their gun, the sign of being really friendly in my own way is to holster the gun entirely. But of course, that makes you a really easy target.

    Atm I am uploading a video of armed players that are actually friendly. * Sometimes when you feel you must kill, sometimes you need to take a chance that they are actually friendly. Personally I've noticed anyone that sounds young is generally the person that needs to be killed, while most mature players are willing to take a chance. --- Btw trust me, it's not always perfect. Out of ten people I've met on the Experimental server. * 9/10 were friendly * 1 person pretended to be friendly and back-stabbed me for a sporter with no ammo - He just used me to help him find food, but o well.

    Tbh, I thought it was already confirmed by a majority of players that people running "payday makes" are "kill on sight". As for finding armed friends that is really tough. * If you find an armed lone wolf, the chances of being friends with him is somewhat high. * If you find an armed group, I'd suggest shooting because groups generally hunt players from what I've noticed ever since the mod.

    Getting Players To Leave Spawn

    A massive incentive to go in-land is missing. The quest to find "Helicopter Crashes". Other-wise heading to the various military bases, there is more than likely a server hopper that had beaten you to it.

  22. Imagine if the arrows had curved thorns to prevent the victim from pulling it out, without massive tear damage. * Players would need serious field surgery for such hits.

    You're utilizing the weapon in the wrong way. The sporter is designed to torture players, not kill them. * Well game-play wise anyway.

There might only be parts for that helicopter that you need on one particular server. So that’s where you are like “we need all these different parts to finish off our helicopter, we are going to have to go steal someone else’s from a server we know about” ^ If I didn't write his words exactly, due please correct my wording. The central loot economy just seems a reason to make server hopping even more popular, but tbh it already is. * Can't find a pair of NVG's in the NWAF? - Just server hop the next twenty servers, like the five minute timer is going to really stop players. It takes easily more than five minutes to reach any other military base area by foot. But as server hopping is atm, it's kinda sad that rocket supports this system... * Can't find food / basic gear in a town - Server hop the area. * Can't find parts to your vehicle at some industrial area - Server hop the area , just like the mod. * Can't find military gear at a base - Server hop the area.

    Congrats in developing tunnel vision under the statement "server hopping" Server hopping is more than just looting dead servers. Any reason that a player feels the need to jump to another server from the one he is currently on is classified as server hopping. * Players can server hop on top of the industrial buildings in Cherno to kill 1 - 2 players and then move onto the next twenty servers, the same thing can be said about sniping from the apartments near balota airfield. * Players can server hop various industrial building to find parts for their vehicles, this works also with basic supplies and military areas. * Players can server hop random areas in the hopes to find players bases, this method of scouting a players base was quite common in the mod. Unless players actually started from the beach on a server and actually had to travel on foot to find a players base, without server hopping. I'd consider that a raid, but if players feel the need to invade other servers in order to obtain gear. It's just a pathetic example of server hopping.
