    the server is us 367, the time was 4:00 pm, on EST. he had a pink beret, army clothes, and a hatchet. I kept seeing "so and so killed" alot faster than people normally do. I died once, and put 20-25 bullets into him and he didn't die. then I respawned to head to my camp, he Teleported behind me, and killed me in one shot with the hatchet.
