If you are changing the Windows Server time i think its okay. If you are doing any scripts to change the game time you will find your server banned AFAIK.

Thats aint how it works.. Judges set new precents all the time in the real world... laws can be made and taken away... also rules can be ignored.

The proof is in the fact that Rocket has said he has no time for anyone doing this... the proof is also in the fact that there are no posts warning servers to cease. Id actually love to be a server host and have you test it.

Just because its not mentioned IN the rules does not mean its acceptable or you cannot kick / ban someone for it.. Its exploiting.... I SERIOUSLY doubt Rocket or any of the devs will take action against a server who bans someone who had been warned and continued to do it.

As stupid as I think the current night time is (i play on time adjusted servers ONLY) I think this is not the place to discuss it....

I suspect servers will adopt a low ping kick policy to try and regulate things.

It is actually, especially if some switches back and forth, ive seen many resposes to people that you can be pretty sure they are insults but dont have the guts to type them in english. Every game out there pretty much has language rules to specific servers... i mean if I connected to the RU servers and started speaking in english and someone wanted me to stop i would respect that... it is after all an RU server.

How does wanting to only have someone speaking a language you understand on YOUR server show how fucked up the world is? Do enlighten me. Shall I start speaking irish on forums? maybe the germans / french / arabic / dutch /flemish / italian / spanish / polish / sweedish etc... should also just start using their languages? Lets see how fun things get on here then.

I dont understand why server owners are not allowed to enforce a specific language being spoken on public channels. If this is made clear in an MOTD or server name and a series of polite warnings are provided then where is the harm. You can not moderate a language you do not speak therefore ANYTHING could be said. I only read that annoucnement thread re: banning on language server warning Rocket issued that the guy had indeed directly insulted the admin in Russian this was confirmed by a russian speaker in the thread. I have been warned for swearing in english on some servers... this is how I speak so should I be allowed to carry on (not abusing someone but saying things like s**t i just died etc...)? I fail to see hows its different. For whats its worth I too feel racism is one of the most stupid ignorant things in this world and I cannot abide it either.
