You cannot, if you wish to change the time you need to change the windows time on your machine. If you alter the time in any other way you may find your access to the DayZ server revolked AFAIK.

Fair play for owning up and not whining. The bans are based on GUID I would think nicknames are not unique so you should be fine... im sure someone can confirm that soon.

Lots of people use overylays, I use fraps, tonnes of people have steam and mumble etc... if that was the case then this forum would be buzzing with tonnes and tonnes of people complaining.

I have used FRAPs in DayZ and never had any trouble either.

the situation was very provocative. when you see on forum and in game that so many players use hacks and admins dont do anythink with it (now we know that it isnt so), you start to search hacks too. I was not going to use cheats, but the situation with hackers before this day, made me to join to hackers. now if the hackers really will gone, It will be okay to play without cheats. PS. not hackers - just script kiddies ))) PS. I think arma 2 still have many ways to duplicate items, so fair gameplay is far from us. That is NO EXCUSE. If you got banned you deserve it, if you didnt get banned you should be.. you just admitted you cheated.
