There already are a ton of "mainstream kiddies" in dayz why do you think theres a million+ on dayz, they like to be all hip and be like a hipster.

friendly fire is a vital part of Dayz, weather its accidental or not it makes players stand on their toes. Also the half and half humanity aspect makes it seem like theyre doing co op or something and i just dont follow..

Its already been stated that weapon modifications are supported in the arma 3 engine and dayz standalone. Chances are it will be a single hard to find weapon mod found in heli crashes/high value military loot. Silencers are prized and the homemade one is just too simple to get ahold of.

it isnt an anti-game its going commercial and millions of people are already playing it even though its broke. It could be just for status and it could be for slight benefits in the next life or your current one. Fact of the matter it wont be as real as real life, why can i not see my legs when i run? why can i not pick up dirt and lick grass and stick my dick in the sand.

It was already stated that weapon modifications are supported on the arma 3 engine and it will be used in Dayz, so you can find different optics, grips, bipods, even different barrels and more in depth modifications.

id rather see good work put into the standalone- dayz mod is dying to be honest :\ the whole dogs concept i personally didnt like neither the rabbit. I want the game to be playable than worry about such a thing. They doing bigger things than throw in some bunnies and dogs for us to kill. -
You need to take better precautions if you want to be a medic. griefers are at a full time high so dont be suprised if you die a few times for the cause.

Going to cherno and elektro and killing a bunch of innocent new spawns isnt the way to go my friend. Dayz is a vicious cycle that creates more and more bandits and hackers day by day. You have to be stronger than that instead of sucumbing to douchebaggery. Dont be apart of the increasing problem in Dayz help fight it, go out and counter snipe in elektro and cherno, go kill some bandits and blood bag some strangers. It will give you a much more satisfying feeling.

Im on the east coast but everyone else is from all different parts of the country and canada. We only ask you have a microphone and are mature. There isnt any real fix to this, hell majority of the kiddies playing now a days cant figure out how to alt f4 and just abort. Point is its unfixable, unless of course theres a penalty for doing it. Even than you could receive the penalty whatever it may be without knowing it. Like lets say your legs break if someones within 20 meters of you, theres a guy camping on a crane in cherno and you newly spawn and disconnect because you have to do something directly under him. Fact of the matter is you better get used to it because theres no real way to fix it. @blomquist its a game not real life, take your crazy ass to a RPG server or something.

Go check the medics whitelist, it should be pinned in the forums. Dont trust anyone who replys to this, back when the groups were first made i trusted a guy on here and he ended up shooting me like a horse with a broke leg. It was my first time aquiring a ghillie, nvgs, DMR, all that good military stuff.

@Banicks The guy he was trying to kill was a sniper in cherno so obviously hes killing other survivors. Good intentions, nothing new.

ian2buckz traded me a can of beans and blood transfusion for a lee enfield, i was starving to death and was at 4k blood dropping fast, had a ghillie and m4a1 holo i didnt want to give up. Spur of the moment kind of thing in game found him on the forums Ross, think hes on the forums not sure he ended up shooting me in the back after i was trying to help him by finding him a enfield, 1911 and blood bagging his buddy. Fun times in cherno :D

ya, they need to be stronger, when you get hit by one you should get like a 50% chance to become infected, and youd have to go find an antidote in a certain period of time, than thered be more of a point to the game :)

I try to help as many people as i can as well, its tough when theres more bandits killing people, because when your a newplayer and u keep getting killed by bandits your going to become a bandit, its just the mentality of dayz just like how people become hackers which is becoming a serious problem. Just try to help your fellow players in any way you can, sure you might die for it but in the end you can die knowing you actually tried to help -

I understand theres alot of noobies in the game, but PLEASE look over the controls or some tutorials or play the game before you dive into dayz. I understand they use group chat because they dont know how to change channels, but they have to learn some day, ive watched play throughs by big time youtubers like seananners and after their 20th playthrough they STILL use group chat and wonder why no one talks back to them.... shits ridiculous. -

Your post is misguiding people, in NO circumstance can group chat be used to communicate with others when you are IN THE GAME and on foot. Group chat is for talking in the lobbies ONLY.
