    Fucking Hackers, WTF!!!

Out of my last 10 deaths, only 2-3 have been legitimate PvP kills or zombie deaths. I've been spawned out in debug with nothing. I've logged in to find that I was dead, even though I had logged out in a tree over 1km from any structure. (my corpse and tents were untouched when I ran back) I've been killed by vaulting over something. I've been killed by combat loggers. I've been killed by players with teleport hacks. I've been killed by players with wall hacks. I've been massmurdered. I've been teleported into the air 100 feet to fall to my death. I've been in vehicles that just randomly exploded.

    [GUIDE] Newbie Survivor version 1.2.0.

Good guide, but parts of it are outdated. Also, community tip #1 is BS. If you have a gun with at least 20 rounds, always sprint into town and hit the local grocery store. Once you check the store for players, blow away all the zombies that enter, loot, and GTFO as quickly as possible. This method minimizes exposure to players a lot more than crouch-walking or crawling around with a bunch of zombies causing you to pick an inefficient path. If you don't want to hit the grocery store (or apartment complex), then stay out of town. The only exception to this is when you need access to a military installation or hospital. Even in those cases, zombies are only relevant in the context of your exposure to other players (as in: zombies make you more visible to other players).

    Night-Time..?

Using guns is cheap. Real men kill their opponents with tin cans.

The most valuable thing in the game…

If I knew I could trade 1000 mountain dews for one good friend to watch my back faithfully, I would look for nothing else. It doesn't even matter that I already have some. You cannot have enough people. To be fair, I do think everyone should spend their first night alone (maybe on vent with some friends), if for no other reason than to learn how true my statement really is.

Cooperative play is far more satisfying than solo. It's especially satisfying because it's basically squad deathmatch in a sandbox where you choose your own missions.

The most valuable thing in the game…

That kind of shit doesn't bother me. The problem is that the guy who was showing me the ropes was accused of theft, and ostracised by two separate groups (which had previously broken off from each other). Now I'm out too, because I was playing with him so much. Guilt by association.WHY does there have to be drama? The game is fucking stressful enough as it is. My gmail address is Falcrist at gmail. If you share this mentality, feel free to contact me. I'm looking to find or build a low-drama group to run with.

Speaking of trustworthy friends. I just lost some. Looking for a new group of players, cause my old BF3 buddies are suddenly really shady.

    Snipers ........its kinda like this.

He needs to stop crawling around like a noob. Grow some balls and run into towns. You're much harder to hit when you're weaving between buildings at a sprint.

If he doesn't shoot you in the back…The player you knew from other games and can TRUST is the ideal option.

Best way to get blood back?

The whole game is gonna be rough. Try to relax. You have nothing of value yet, so if you die you'll lose nothing of value. Try not to die, but if you do die, keep that in mind. Also bear in mind that since you ARE going to die at some point, and since the game is going to eat your items even when you do live; everything you own is temporary. The only truely valuable item in the game is a trustworthy friend. Since you have that, you're already rich. You have a couple of options to get your blood back. You can either: a) Find a blood bag, have your friend take it, and give you a transfusion. (ideal option, but dangerous to find a blood bag) B) Eat enough steak to get your blood back (this is the best option, especially if you can get Cher to cook the steak for you) c) Eat canned food. (it takes a LOT of canned food to get your blood back. To get steak: 1) Find tools (Hatchet, Knife, Matches) 2) Find animal (cows are ideal, but other animals give “steak”) 3) Kill animal 4) Gut animal (requires knife) 5) Gather wood (requires hatchet, unless you can find a pile of wood in a barn) 6) Make a fire (requires matches to place the fire, but anyone can light it) 7) cook the meat 8) Put out fire! (Smokey Bear says: “Only YOU can prevent other players from spotting you from 2 kilometers away”)

IF this was an actual game...

I will not play this game if it becomes pay to win.Considering the style of the game at the moment, I think a large proportion of your player base will feel the same way. IMO what I would like to see is: » Purchase once, no subscription model. » MAYBE a cash shop for cosmetic items. COSMETIC ONLY! » Kickstarter sounds good. If you can stay independant, I think it would be better for you. Even if there's not that much benefit for the development process, the community will appreciate you more if you're not owned by a major game distributor.
