Ok, so some guy was looting Elektro and I came up and ninja'd his SUV. I checked the wiki for the SUV because I was curious as to where these spawn and why I'd never seen one before until now. Turns out... There is no SUV in DayZ, so that must mean it's a hacked vehicle? I just wanted some confirmation on this. Thanks in advance.

They would of hacked their gear in the first place.

Build 95417. Tested at Balota Airstrip. Still getting artifacts ;_; ..and I spawned at the beach with all my gear still lol
