I helped a bunch of new players travel from Cherno to Elektro on my Ural, and gave them some food and drinks while I was at it.

I'll give the story though: Two of my friends (group mates) died from falling down (from a real life survivable height equivalent of jumping-off a chair), and me and my surviving friend pitched a tent and started rescuing our dead friends' stuff. A half-an-hour or so later, we were rejoined by our other friend and continued salvaging (they died on this steep slope place near Black Lake). After a few minutes, this black Chevy looking SUV pops out of nowhere with a guy dressed in civilain clothing and a guy in a ghillie suit, and of course, since they didn't declared themselves friendly, we opened fire. One of the cheaters jumped out, and was promplty killed, and a few seconds later, the other one also jumped out. The only thing was.. he was invulnerable.. I emptied 3 STAGNAGs into him, and god knows how many DMR, etc. rounds we put into him.. he didn't die. He killed one of my friends (the one who survived the accident), and me and my other friend promptly ran away. I was even pointing at him and no name tag even appeared.. and the server we were playing on had tags on..

M9-Silenced solves any aggro zombie problem, but truth be told, I have barely used my L85A2.

Continuing my "Am I lucky now?" threads. My friend has the Range Finder, I am merely the spotter. Also have that blue van thing. This is my 4th character by the way (first died from lag, second from being murdered, third from being murdered [spawn camped]). 5 man squad, most of us having ghillies now (thanks to some undefended/unguarded tents).

I'd rather get the raygun back than the pea shooter. Btw, about that, me and my friend were murdered and I returned to the scene of our death (my third death in the game).. I think it took me 40 minute to get there, and our bodies were still there. Took his M240, then relayed best estimated map coordinates.. move up, then after 2 hours of walking.. found the motherload.

What kind of unclassy person are you? Real scumbags walk with wookie gear and rail guns (AS50 and M107) and snipe from 800m away into Elec. I am not one of those scumbags.. though I'd kill a guy for a can of sardines that I didn't need.

That is why I have a silenced M9.

I found a group of tents yesterday, each had one rocket launcher inside, one has the L8 rifle with Thermal, and the other with a Barrett, and another with a AS50. Not only that though, in gear, we collected, NVGs, Range Finders, GPSs and wookie suits. We also stole their van. Left the rocket launchers, took everything else not nailed down, then grenade. If those are all legit items that took weeks to collect.. that clan is very very very very mad. If those are all hacked in items.. it'll just spawn back in.

5-6 zombie who have been chasing me for 15 minutes (I know right, but it happened to me a number of times) = DC. I'd never DC to survive a firefight.

Try setting camp at the northern parts of the map. Those are the least traffic areas (I think). As for servers.. I don't know, I jump around.

Actually being more of a "guardian angel" sort of help is better. But if anyone gets closer than 100m, shoot first, and ask questions later.

The logic as to why most people stick in the big cities and town even though they know those are death traps.. is beyond me. This is on top of the fact that a lot of the gear there is rubbish.

I think these tips will help me too. Now time to find what to do with a M240.
