Yes. Its because you are looking towards the sun. The game is attempting to adjust your characters eyes to the mucho mucho brightness of the sun. Issue is that the sun is simply behind the horizon for you so it makes no sense. I 'fix it' by turning up my gamma/brightness during this hour. -

I think they are too common. Yes, yes, yes only three per reset... and beyond that you might get a crap loot spawn... But come on? These are crashed SF helicopters... why do they keep falling from the sky? I say ONE per server/restart is a PERFECT number. -

What I can't stand is killing people and them coming back because they've duplicated their weapons within two hours. I don't mind DCing to avoid death compared to DCing to loot themselves again. -

You are missing the point. You can't holster the pistol. So this guy is going to run around with his Makarov out but no ammo but no one else knows this = Shoot on Sight. The beginning is rough. Very very rough. But it makes graduation all the more nice. (It also makes killing bandits all the nicer as well) -

Nub Servers with nub players thinking they boss. Lol. I tend to see that the large 'clans' operate on nub servers. CQF and now NwO -
I've seen servers, upon restart, replace the wire. Also I get graphical artifacts with the wire's second LOD. Not nearly as bad as before but I do definately get them.

If 'broken bone' was changed to "INCREDIBLE PAAAIN" sure. I personally don't see the 'broken bones' as always being ones leg. Its just a situation where the character is in so much pain he can't move well. But I like flavor. -
Broken leg, bleeding and KO in 1 hit at 12k blood needs to go.

Pffft. It bites. But that is the problem when lone wolfing. It is a lot less likely for two people to be knocked down then one. The more injured you are the more likely for a Z 'critical hit'. I fully support the mechanics! -
I don't understand it. Each player has a 'tent' inventory and its saved according to that Player ID? No. Tents, when deployed, are effectively vehicles in so far as the coding is concerned. Tents should remain tied to a Server. Tents have many issues and I feel that they will be addressed in the coming releases.

I just came away, breathing, from one of the most engaging 'TvT' experiences today. How dare you suggest that PvP (and converesly Team Versus Team) is not the end game of a Zombie apocalypse. The end is come and gone. Now the survivors are busy establishing their groups and territories. Zombies are not the real threat; they were the means to an end. PvPing along the coast, right by the spawns, sucks for the new players or players trying to live down there. But this is how it is. Their is no security down south and no real way to enforce security.

I've NEVER been betrayed by my guts. Everyone who I've met and have been able to open a dialogue with has been entirely cooperative. One time had a survivor with me with a CZ and no ammo. Found another survivor looting a dead bandit. Told the guy with the CZ to sight him down but "BE OBVIOUS" about it and I approached the survivor. Opened up comms under this situation and all ended very well. Even way back when SIDE chat was around I told a guy to drop his primary and leave the area if he didn't want trouble. He did, dropped his Winchester and ran. Said thank you even. I like to make contact first before engaging if my current SOPs allows it. Always help when you have a friend sighting him down though while you approach in 'peace'. -
People have been belly aching for bundling bolts for the cross bow, and I do agree (but its not that hard to recover them like they act like it is). When you have three bolts in your inventory you should be able to bind them into an item "Bundled Bolts". This item takes one slot but serves no purpose but as a compacted storage mechanic.

The game isn't easy, but its not hard to the point of "one little screw up and everyone dies". I actually liked the food shortage of 1.7.1.4 and some dynamic food supply problems would be great! (Think like a HIVE regulated Food/wildlife spawn chance). Beyond that its not the Cities that need nerfing.

Entirely positive that the entirety of the OP is a re-post of the entirety of the suggestion forums. I entirely do not support infected animals of any kind. Feral yes. Infected? Bleh. An entirely new map is a future goal a LONG way away.

Hey Burgh long time. I'm all for increasing difficulty levels, and it has been amped up a lot now with the nerf to respawns. The mil grade weapons aren't that common man. Sure Deer Stands tend to give away too many but if you negate deer stand loot then the places where to find Mil Grade weapons drop DRASTICALLY. Basically, this is what I think would solve your issues. Deer Stands would move to their own loot table and have equipment and supplies, maybe ammo, but no guns. IDK maybe you are realizing their aren't many wimps left and don't want them fighting back :D
