    Yeah, card is kinda not as good. I ran it on my older laptop with a card similar to yours and it chugged some. Perhaps adjusting some settings here and there could make it work. But really you want something good as it can be kinda pretty with high settings and stuff.

    If we were forced to play then I could agree to this, but as it is at our own whim we play, nope, sorry. I do not get paid by an author to read their books for example. Nor do I get paid to watch tv, simple as that.

    Nope. We paid for ARMA CO to play the Dayz MOD. We still got a full ton of non dayz stuff to mess with because of this. When the standalone comes out, and we buy it, then you could say we have indeed payed for it.

    The ARMA engine is script friendly ment for legit play. That is why it is full of holes when trying to play Dayz. They are doing what they can, but they are limited on what can be done.

    He has already stated that this is going to happen, Mod will be opened up to the community. It will not stop skiddies though. You are delusional if you think they will go get on their own server to do this, they could now if they wanted to, they will continue to do it to others servers despite others not wanting it because they think it is fun.

    I am sure it will be a lot less rampant than it is now. Anything online/ PC is open to these issues, but I tend to believe going standalone and fixing things they cannot with ARMA 2 will help loads. From there just Issue IP bans to skiddies and all will be well.

    Very true. Too much time gets wasted trying to fill in holes they know are there to keep the non skiddies happy. It takes time from development and other important issues.
