Annoying admin story. I take this amazing 300m shot with my lee and he goes down. Before i can get his stuff. Server roll back or something. I revert back to my last save with next to nothing. Sounds like admin powers abuse?

I used to be a ironsight marksman till i took a patch to the knee But seriously I'm not playing day z till it's fixed Now I'm going to some snipe noobs with fal iron sights on black ops -
This is a outrage 2 shot kill sounds good in theory with the lee but more often than not landing the first shot is hard enough and being in close quarters unless you hit a player first time in the head you are dead. It's rubbish. People are now bullet sponge and depicting arguably the greatest handgun in history the 1911 as weak is unjust. And a disgrace to all gun collectors out there. Undo the patch. It actually broke my arma. I couldn't even start it. Until i i googled the problem and deleted a few files. Enough said undo it!

The lines coming down from the centre indicates the width of your target when your target is that wide you aim using that line. I reckon the current sight picture is better because you don't need to know the distance to target.

I remember a old flashpoint (arma before arma) that had rifle butt melee -
Grenade traps. Get a grenade unpin it stick it in a can so the can holds the lever down. Attach grenade to a trip wire. When someone trips the wire pulls the grenade out of the can releasing the lever starting the fuse. Can be smoke or frag

Arma 2 engine doesn't work like that. Don't expect it anytime soon -
there is actually many different versions of the ACOG with all different kinds of sight pictures The one in game does exsists also if you go to the Trijicon website different ACOG models have different sight pictures for example the 6x48 sight has this picture the same sight has this version in 3 different colours. So leave it alone it's fine. and i love the range finding features on the current sight picture

I had the idea of camouflage nets seeing how helicopters are a great way to find your camp and your vehicles etc. Great to conceal your camp and anything you don't want to get found. Also camouflage tents/nets IE a dome shaped camouflage net can also be effective at concealing your stuff from people not in the air. However will need to be big enough to park a pickup truck under. Also they should come in varying sizes. some concealing single tents (though maybe not nessesary because tents are already camouflaged but not enough since i find them with little problem) up to a helicopter. Such models are already in game such as the camo net behind the cheno hospital next to the fire places. they just need to be deployable in portable in a similar fashion as all other construction/fortifications in game. thoughts and opinions?
