How do you know if you've been banned? I was playing with a squad of 2 other people today, and suspiciously 5 minutes after someone died, everyone on the server was kicked. (which was about 10 people) When me and my squad mates try to rejoin it says "You were kicked from the server" when we enter the lobby Is this what appears when you are banned from a server?

well, him and the buddy who died both had 3000 and 950 Z-kills respectively... and we (my squad) saw them drive a 2 vehicles past Devil's castle, (we could see the nameplates) We considered chasing them down and taking them out (since they were the top on the server) but decided against it... skip ahead an hour almost; we saw that the buddy died, we rejoiced! then we were booted... along with everyone else on the server... and the rest is history

Today was a day full of firsts for me in DayZ, it was the first time I came across a bunch of players at one time (3 at once, none of which knew each other) (we also teamed up for a short time, until a zed walked between me and one of the teamates, I was killed in the crossfire...) it was the first time I've ever found a map and it was the first time I've ever found tents placed in the wilderness Me and a friend were looting the Supermarket in Cherno and we found a map! I give it to my friend 'cause he was really new and didn't know the layout of the map. He tells me about these circles with X's through them, I get the map back and see them, not sure what to think I declare that we head towards one of them. There was a label on one that said "cool staf" and we blindly headed towards it. (And yes, this is a bad idea kids, I realize this later, but for the time being it was fine.) We find the spot and lo'n'behold we find 2 tents with assorted things in them! We found a Winchester, a bunch of ammo, makarov mags, and bandages. All went better than expected! though I would say, take caution if you ever try to go to a location marked on an ingame map like this, as its normally a trap (or so I've read from the forums). But this, this should be an example as to why you should at least get the locations a chance to be awesome!

So today was a good day for DayZ, had a good time, found some unattended tents even, but early on there was something just downright odd. I was travelling west from Elektro area and came on Cap Golova. There were 3 buildings, no zeds except one crawling away westward. I dont think much of it and continue walking. Then, I see this girl-player in a blue shirt sitting under powerlines. She had no backpack, and a a military gun of some sort, and the players name didnt come up,(and this was a regular server not veteran.) I thought she was probably a bandit, but I died recently soo, I call out for friendly, no response, seemed like she was away. I had no way to attack or hurt her, but remembered there was a crawling zed, maybe I could get its aggro and bring it to her to kill her.... I run over the the crawling zombie and am shocked to see that it was the same model, that girl player with a blue shirt. but it took no attention to me and kept crawling. I try disconnecting and reconnecting to see if it was just me, but they both were still there. Sure, its just a glitch, but I thought it was interesting enough to share, anyone else experience a glitch similar to this?
