Also, keep in mind that tents are extremely glitchy. There are a number of inconveniences in having them. ;) -
What barracks? There are alot of them. Besides, we're talking about RARE weapons. That means that is it hard to find as a drop. Working as intended.

The trick is to ALWAYS be defensive and surprise the enemy whenever you can. It's much more easier to secure that kill if you are the ambusher rather than the ambushee. Secondly, always check your surroundings before picking up any loot. ;) -

The probobility of it spawning randomly is little to none. It was most likely either a player who stored it for safe-keeping, or a hacker who decided to test his spawn powers. -

I had a noob moment the first time I got to Stary Sobor: As I was looting the tents, all happy and shit that all the stories about being sniped there hadn't happened to me, I sat there with a pile of loot ready to go. Suddenly however, I spot a certain white car sitting in front of one of the larger tents. Being oblivious I get all excited about finding a working car. So I cautiously crouch over to it and attempt to get in. As soon as I figure out you can't get in the bastard, I get capped by a lone scavenger with an AKM. Fuck my curiosity. -

Isn't this his own choice? While it isn't necessary, he himself could be compelled to apologize in order to not be at the same level of a hacker without a care of who he hurts or what happens to him. These levels of butthurt are insane. Chill the fuck out and see that your overreacting just as much as anyone else. -
That happened to me when I was near Elektro. A giant inferno rose above the city, had I got any closer, it moved to the back of the hills. Either a strange glitch (as Mourek said) or a naughty hacker.
