ONE thing? Vehicle, I suppose. Something more rare than 'moderate' for a weapon would be cool, but I only seem to see 'average' stuff, no matter where I go. The best I've gotten is camo clothes and M16A M203. I'm using a PWD for the silenced ammo aspect. But never had a tent, NVG, rangefinder or vehicle.

I first heard this and similar terms in MMOs to refer to those who eschewed PvP content and went for PvE... Especially if there was any kinf od role play element, or they were mostly playing to socialize instead of progress. Here, it means "someone not as hardcore as me"... But it's used interchangeably to refer to people on any side of the argument... But especially the anti-PvP crowd. I've seen people make the point for this about snipers that have spotter friends and also essentially avoid real risk... So yeah....

Yawn. It's been thought of, it's been pointed out. It's not a 'good find'... It's the choice of the developer. I assume he wanted certain weapon CHARACTERISTICS in the game, and chose weapons accordingly. Since there aren't a horde of 3D modellers out there making all kinds of guns that are not ALREADY in the engine, I assumed everyone knew why we were finding the weapons we were finding. I'm glad I will be getting out of the States, soon. Then I won't have to deal with people saying things about 'my' country. It's tiresome. Not that anyone will get warned, or anything, like they would saying things about other nations.

It's funny, someone was mad that they got shot through a floor a month or so ago, and lots of people piled on about ballistics and how bullets can penetrate this and that. Doesn't seem like the game/mad is too realistic with glass.

I've heard them say "fuck, that hurt" when shot. And yeah, usually, that graaaaaaaah noise means they are onto you, execute your escape plan for this area. Does anyone know if they are saying any kind of discernible words when they are chasing you and they say something that sounds like: Guhweeeeeeeeeee guhweeeeeeeeeeeee

Yes. People that say "this is how it would be" like to take very small percentage examples from real disasters. But for the most part, people work together, even sacrificing themselves for those weak than themselves. Anyway, as to the game question, I don't think there is a reasonable way to "simulate" the burden of murder. For myself... I'm a role player from way back. I just pretend that other players are the early stage infected, their humanity having slipped away to a degree before they succumb to the madness of infection.
