Some people can't appreciate anything that isn't in their musical wheelhouse. I liked the music, but I like all types of music. It was good for background without being distracting or taking away from the subject matter. I have to comment on your 'loot dropped in water' 'BUSTED' conclusion, though. If the water is deeper, and you can't reach the bottom while standing, you cannot get the gear. There is no 'swim down' in Arma. I lost a lot of stuff that way once at the boat house on Skalisty. It has a demonic ladder. When you climb down it, it leaves you so that you slowly drop into the water and it's pretty deep. My stuff was on the bottom there, and I could see it, but as the water was not extremely shallow as in your video, I could not get it. Great concept, though, great video and the production values were impressive!

Go give it a shot.... If I'm not mistaken, not ONE person has come back to show evidence that they could not reach someone at Battleye or that they were 'unbanned' after being banned for script hacking. You have nothing to lose...

Probably a passworded server with tents all over the runway. he connects to other server, loads up and then drops stuff into tents. Maybe he doesn't know that backpacks don't show with Ghillie suits, or it's just faster without one....

SIMPLE solution here: Add a few buttons and maybe a couple items, and voila! First, in hospitals, obviously, gender reassignment kit (requires another player, like the blood bag), as well as something like anti-biotics (and as rare), for hormone therapy. Then, just add a little to that 'male' 'female' screen. Have it switch gender when someone uses the reassignment kit, AND THAT after 10 times using the hormone therapy drugs.. Oh, these should only be available in Berezino hospital; it was a more enlightened place about these things before the infection. The rest of Chernarus was not. OK, on to the 'Male' and 'Female' buttons. With a simple change, this can all be fixed. Just add some buttons: Button pushed --> result Male --> Male Female --> Female Gay Male --> Male Gay Female --> Female Male cross dresser --> Female Female cross dresser --> Male Pre-op transgender (originally Male) --> Male (changes to Female after 10 hormone treatments AND surgery from another player) Pre-op transgender (originally Female) --> Female (changes to Male after 10 hormone treatments AND surgery from another player) POst-op transgender (Male to Female) --> Female Post-op transgender (Female to Male) --> Male Asexuals/non-sexuals --> (Choose Male or Female) Furries --> Get Ghillie suit. I like flying helicopters around in the armory mode. I wouldn't play Arma online because (I think) it's usually played with military ranks and orders and so forth and well, I just don't play well with authority.

Server admins have to have some autonomy... So you've done that part, I'd suggest playing somewhere else and leaving it at that.

No, not upset, per se. It's just after seeing enough of these, I get the impression that the players who a server admins must be half blind with no arms or something. You should really not post without evidence, though.

I love how in these posts the poster is killing others in leet fashion, but it's pointed out that the inept "server admin" or their clan is always the gang that couldn't shoot straight. I mean, from these posts you'd HAVE TO assume that these people are just server admins because it's the only way they can play without being total losers... By cheating and doing all of these hacks.

If, after reflection, you still feel the same, then you really SHOULD go. I'm sorry if it seems offensive, but it would be best to check in maybe when beta happens, if that's the course plotted. This game is about exactly that, losing it all and feeling some excitement at starting over. Other games cater to gear hoarding and upgrading to have gear the more you progress. This one does not.

Im not sure this would work (hell, most days, I can barely type, according to my iPad), but duping seems to me to be a big problem in the mod. I think and hope that it will be addressed next patch. I am very much against this. So much so that I have decided to take things that only appear to be spawns, and not take things off of dead players. (yes, I know that dropped, duped items would still show up, but what more can I do?)

What if I just want to pay for a server and NOT admin it, let someone else have the headache? PM me if you have a server already and you wouldn't mind running another on my dime. Oh, I got a reply for EU, But sorry, I'm US or actually North America. I'm actually currently moving from west coast US TO Eqst Coast Canada. So I'd prefer a us timeline server. I want to play on it but not run it lol. Adding some stuff: I pref that this be a "hardcore serv" with no 3rd person, no name tags, no crosshairs. I would prefer that the server admin know how to set it up with restarts at intervals with warnings to the players.

I think it's commiseration. I snuck over to the nor barracks at the airfield, once. It was demolished. Maybe legit, but probably hackers, I thought. Oh well. Then I hear... Flies. Near where the wall used to be, there's a dead guy. A mother lode dead guy. I don't THINK he was a hacker, but he had everything, kit wise. Great backpack, all the tools and rangefinder, gps, toolbox, e-toll. And an fn fal (the fancier one) with two clips. I joyously looted this rich corpse and was very excited. I had lain down to hopefully not be spotted by snipers. I turned to crawl away.... Crunch. Broken bones and dead... From a "wall" glitch for the wall that was not there. On reflection, I think that's what killed the other guy, too.

It is frustrating. Make it a priority to get some morphine when you respawn. Maybe even before a real weapon. I EXPECT that in the barracks buildings, especially if there are spawned zombies in there. I wouldn't go to one of these dense areas without some sort of SD (silenced)weapon. The PDW is a piece of crap for shooting, but it takes several types of SD mags, and zombies don't hear it. Players do, but it's very helpful. I had your exact situation happen to me. Third zombie hit me through the wall in the barracks and I had to kill the last one while prone with broken bones. I had 3 morphine, though. I had to bandage, morphine and use painkillers before I could loot... But I was lucky as well as prepared, and I survived.

Seriously? I'm on like day 9. I've had no trouble. And I don't really crawl much any more. I can you know, hear and see them. I don't try to walk along walls, because they hear me on the other side. I don't move fast unless it's intentional and I have a quick exit plan. Even moving slowly, I have an exit plan at all times. Boost your situational awareness, wear some quality headphones or turn off the Slipknot and actually pay attention.

This is a childish response to an alpha mod test. We are testers, not players. OP, are you dense or mentally incompetent? We aren't playing to get fast connections and settle down in our little worlds and play a completed game. We are here to help test, and that includes refinements of the hive engine which has been coming along better and better through different iterations. Bunch of fucking impatient babies. By the way, I simply filter for sub 100 ping. I get dozens of available servers and quick connection. I have standard residential DSL. Maybe it's time to move off of that free dial up.
