Alright I don't really mind spending my money on ArmA2, it's not like it was a car. But, are the devs working on DayZ on the same engine? Personally, I think the ArmA2 engine is terrible. It's just everything about it, it even has FPS problems for most people. I hate the aiming, the walking, everything about it. I want it to be more "free" when you walk and aim.. if you get what I mean? On ArmA it feels so.. stuck? If that makes any sense?

I haven't seen a hacker yet thankfully, but why do these little kids hack on a game where you PAY to play? Are they stupid or what?

Wait so aiming your gun towards a zombie, only for it to have a delay (1 second) is life like? Oh wow, something is wrong with me then because in real life when I aim at something it's instantaneous.

I read the dayz blog article, and looked around the forum for any information. I did read, but could not find the information I was trying to obtain.. To everyone acting like a douche, just ignore this topic if it really "annoys" you that much. To everyone who helped, thank you. I hope the ArmA 3 engine is better than this one :) I'm not looking for superhuman mobility.. just something a bit better guys.

I use 1920x1080 resolution + 3D Resolution, I turn down everything as low as possible and get 60 FPS, 30 fps when there's stuff going on. This is a shock to me, since I can run most games with very good FPS. I even tried overclocking, but it does not help.

Okay so the last night I met some survivors, I tried to speak to them because they were inside of this white sedan and I used "/" to type to them. I was asking them questions and my text appeared as green, but got no reply. His text was white so this made be wonder if I was doing something wrong. Secondly, me and the survivor found other survivors in a car, I kept running in the front of the car for attention and they didn't do anything but stop right by me every now and then, as if they were subtly telling me to get in. I tried to get in.. pressed random keystrokes.. clicked left & right click, but I don't know how to get in :| Can anyone help me out? xD

Oh okay will do. Can I find basic training on A:OA, or the arma trial itself?

Okay, first off do I have to buy ArmA II AND Operation Arrowhead (Combined Operations) for this mod to work? I know the steam page tells me this, but I don't like to believe what people that are trying to make some money say so I want to make sure. Secondly, is this mod worth it? It's only in its Alpha, is it really worth the $24? Should I wait?

Well I just bought it. But the demo and the dlc is about 9 gigs in total so this will take a while..
