I've got mine already on default. It's an alpha, shit like this is bound to happen. Be happy the game is already availible. There aren't many games that have an open alpha phase, let alone one this popular.

It's not from barbed wire. I can see barbed wire perfectly fine in-game. It just randomly happens for me, though I don't think what I have are really considered artifacts. It isn't server related either.

yea, updated them a few days ago actually. The game isn't playable for me like this. The moment I enter cities thsi shit starts happening. We were playing as a group of 4 people, 4 totally different pcs, all 4 of us had the same/similar problem.

What does that symbol mean though. (not the meaning behind it, which is shock). As in, I don't recognize that icon really, just seems like a random one?

I'm shooting down people all the time, but this is probably the lamest thing I've seen so far in this game.

I'm reading just as many posts that say they can spawn as ones that say they can't. I'm really eager to go n scour through cities, but I don't want to risk my life/time if there is no point in it at all. So once more, have people found ghillies in actual buildings as of now? NOT in tents. NOT on player corpses. Actual residential buildings or helicopter crashes only.

They will be much more of a threat once you can't simply abort them anymore.

Like 3/4th of the servers are the wrong version for me. I'm using sixlauncher, doesn't give me an option to update. Me & 2 other friends were playing on a dark server before. One was using sixlauncher, the other wasn't. We wanted to swap to a light server, the guy without sixlauncher found a server. He could get on it, no problem. But when me & the other guy (we both do use sixlauncher) tried to connect, we couldn't join because the version was apparantly wrong. None of us had left the game. We all 3 disconnected from the server at the same time. Installing the beta patch manually doesn't work properly for me & last time I tried that I spent half a day to get my arma2 to work again.

Trying that now, hope it doesnt interfere. Says I had 95168, evne though ingame it said 95208 :|. If it works, guess ill get on my way to devil's castle EDIT: Same error as when I install it manually (wrong cd key)

Nope, manual install, but whenever I try that it fucks up for me & my arma2 stop sworking in general.

He had updated to the latest version before we started playing & how else would we all be able to play on the same server that was running the latest version. -> 3 of us on Server A with latest build -> swap to Server B -> Only the person w/o Sixlauncher can connect

Says both my client & the servers I try to connec to are 1.62 I was playing with 2 friends, 1 of them doesnt use sixlauncher, the other one does (like me). We connected to a server, wanted to swap to a more light one, the guy without sixlauncher could connect, us 2 w sixlauncher couldnt, while we all had just played on the same server & nobody closed the game.

Any idea why I can't get on Freeside 2? I'm using sixlauncher so I'd assume I have the most recent version of the game, but it says the version is wrong. Can join other servers just fine

This might be a really stupid question, but selling with what currency? RL Money? Or trading for other ingame items.
